This tea has delicate flavors with a refreshing, airy taste.
A delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. It creates a pale yellow, light-bodied, yet complex cup with hints of honeydew and a faint floral sweetness.

This tea has delicate flavors with a refreshing, airy taste.
A little grassy tasting, but not too strong. Sugar changes flavor quite a bit.
The floral notes in this tea are superb. The flavors are very light, great for afternoon or early evening drinking. The only downside is the flavors fade quicker than other teas so I can only get 2 steepings before needing to replace the leaves.
I m not a fan of white teas, But this had a wonderful flavor! I love my dark, strong teas. This is nice, bright and great for low caffeine fix before bed.
The leaves were surprisingly big. One teaspoon became a teaspoon and a half before I added the hot water for steeping. The taste was just right. It's not strong. Not too mild.
This is my favorite tea right now. Very light and great tasting tea. I went ahead and bought a big batch the second time around.
A great substitute for when I am out of white peony.
Possibly the best white tea I have ever tried. Really bright and subtley floral, with almost peachy notes. DO NOT STEEP TOO HOT OR TOO LONG! This tea is super delicate and gets bitter if left too long or brewed too hot. Will definitely be buying more.
Awesome tea. A very soft, light mouthfeel with a delicate, slightly sweet flavor. One of my most favorite white teas.
A good white tea, it does have a strong hay aroma and taste but if you're not put off by that it's a solid choice.
Pretty good tea - flavor comparable to a good green tea in terms of strength. Was pretty buttery although very light and thin but very refreshing. I took this tea hot and it was really relaxing although cold with a little bit more tea and some sugar would probably make this tea a blast on hotter days.
This has a strong taste which I very much enjoy. Perfect for the morning.
I adore this tea! If it weren't so expensive, it would be my daily drinker. I like the hint of melon you get. Be careful not to overbrew, or you'll lose the lovely subtleties of this tea. Perfect paired with light tea biscuits!
White Symphony is a nice light tea. You really have to sip it slow to get all the flavor.
This is the only white tea I drink, because I love the flavor. I am not able to drink black tea due to health issues, but my body can tolerate white tea. Try it you will be surprised. It is mild compared to black or green tea but the flavor is so good.
light and smooth, easy to drink throughout the day.
A nice white tea. Looks beautiful in a clear tea pot.
This is a great tea, light flavor. I normally drink the white peony, this is a lot lighter, better flavor
My favorite white tea so far. Has a sweetness that isn't too strong with floral notes to it. Truly a symphony
I love this tea iced. It is light and has a soba-like flavor to me. Almost like a lighter craft pilsner or kolsch beer. I think I may be spoiled on the light silver needle however
Very lite subtle tea. I left it to long the first time and it was a tad bitter
I don’t love or hate this tea. It’s a bit boring in my opinion. But not bad just not for me
Found my new nightly tea, great right before bedtime. Not one to enjoy white or green teas much but this floral bouquet has won me over. It's light and has no bitterness or after taste. Refreshes and relaxes at the same time.
absolutely fantastic white, light flavor, not bitter, great cold!
I really liked this white tea blend! Had a little bit of what I like from each white tea (a little sweet with a tiny bit of savory)! Great unflavored tea.
I enjoyed this better than snowbud but I prefer jasmine pearls to this whicch are the same price.
This is a tea I have wanted to try for awhile now. I am quite fond of white tea and wanted to see what this one was like. It is definitely a delicate brew. Mild taste, no real bitterness to speak of. The color is pale yellow. It doesn't really require any sweetener as there is no overarching bitterness, but YMMV. The flavor is like, well frankly it tastes like really a super light green tea. I'm getting a bit of grassy and vegetal, with a dry finish. However, if you don't like green grassy teas, don't fret. The flavor is extremely mild. Some floral notes, but again very mild. All in all a decent cuppa, with light airy flavors that don't overpower you. I took one star off because you basically have to oversteep this to get any flavor. But still a fairly good tea.
Very delicate and mild. Good but if you prefer a stronger flavor I recommend another tea
I love this white. I'm a huge fan of natural, delicate, and slightly sweet tasting teas. I think this one is a great quality white for its price point.
I'm not usually a white tea person, but this is a nice simple one to start with.
Wonderful tea for drinking throughout the day, either hot or cold. Slightly sweet so no sugar or sweetener is needed.
Good white tee. I like silver needle more. Thats very grassy, but god too
Refreshing and homey. My first foray into white teas, and it was a great choice.
I mixed it with some freeze dried fruit. I love this one as a base.
I enjoyed this tea even though it is a little more subtle than I would like. It has a soft, very light flavor that doesn't pack a punch! If you're into that, this is the tea for you!
Yum! Great to savor, even after dinner when more-caffeinated teas would mess with my sleep.
It's very, very light and even filling up the whole tea basket makes a very weak tea.
I'm not sure what I was expecting from this, but it was surprisingly great. It was very light in some ways, but it blended well with milk and a bit of sugar. I liked it both warm and cold.
My favorite white tea! Pairs with mostly anything and such a mild yet flavorful brew
I love this tea! It is a subtle blend, but refreshing and soothing none the less. I drink my tea bare, but if you prefer honey or sugar you may miss out on the deliciously light notes of this tea. It would say it is a good tea to start with if you want to stop using sweeteners.
Nice and light. A good tea but not my favorite.
The leaves do indeed appear as pictured, with lots of buds and very fluffy large leaves that are not easy to measure in a typical tea scoop. So it's an estimated 'double the amount of leaves recommended' that I used. Brewed for 5 minutes, there was very little flavor to the pale, champagne-colored fluid in my cup. The scent, so nondescript that I hesitate to use the term 'floral' even though it is not unpleasant, is more akin to dry alfalfa. The brew is quite tasteless, in fact, it took the addition of sugar to bring forth a barely-there pear-peach. My 2nd try involved using 4 times the recommended amount, again with disappointing results. The brew was indeed golden, but neither floral scent nor fruity taste made the effort worth it. This is nothing like Silver needle, in fact Silver Needle is MUCH better!
Most white tea, I feel like, are very light in taste. They are essentially hot water. White Symphony is a little bit stronger. It has hints of floral fragrance. Not overpowering, just enough to elicit the palette.
A nice but simple tea. I didn't get much of a flavor from this but it was still a nice tea for when you aren't looking for anything other than a warm, simple cup of tea. I added about a half teaspoon of honey with it.
I like this tea. It's a solid white tea that doesn't have the astringency that some white teas have. It provides a nice, calming feel.
Note: My tea kettle continually moves the tea container in and out of the heated water.
This is my favorite tea so far! It reminds me of the flavor of southern sweet tea, but with no sugar! I drink this unsweetened, brewed at the recommended temperature. I usually leave the leaves in longer than suggested, but it still tastes amazing. It's calming and perks me up in the morning or afternoon!
Sweet and crisp with a vegetal taste that lingers. It has a delicate scent both of leaf and liquor. No bitterness, even steeped at a higher temperature. A keeper for sure!
This was a very light tea with a hint of floral. It is a very nice relaxing tea.
This tea was recommended by the site because I'd purchased White Peony and I loved it! I wondered why it was called White Symphony until my tea had cooled somewhat and I could taste the sweet 'high note' that brings the blend together. Next time I brewed White Symphony, I made up a small batch of iced tea, just for me. It was heavenly!
I’ve tried both this and the other white peony. The white symphony has got to be the best of the two. Just so delicious. I highly recommend
