Tasty! I recommend it for those who enjoy silver needle. Bit less smooth, but still very good and a nice fragrance!
A delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. It creates a pale yellow, light-bodied, yet complex cup with hints of honeydew and a faint floral sweetness.

Tasty! I recommend it for those who enjoy silver needle. Bit less smooth, but still very good and a nice fragrance!
Like a song to my taste buds mixes well with silver needle
A nice, clean tasting white tea. I usually have this or the white peach before bed
This is the first 'white' tea I've tasted. Not a fan of the mild taste personally.
Beautiful buds and full, long leaves make up this tea that brews to a light amber liquor. I tasted it before I let it finish brewing and did not like the green, almost vegetal-fishy flavor. But when I came back after the timer was done I was so pleasantly surprised by the way the tea had bloomed. A lovely, delicate floral-ish flavor with just enough clean taste at the end to keep it light and fresh. Still a tad green , but in a good way. Light astringency and soft mouthfeel make this a peaceful, light tea for a quiet sipping moment. Very nice tea all around.
Not my favorite tea by far and it has a weird aftertaste.
Does not get bitter even when sitting on warmer for a long time. Nice subtle flavor and a good alternative to the more expensive silver needle for your white tea fix. Good for mixing with other teas.
I love this tea. It is my favorite tea for iced tea.
Perfect for a light cup of tea before bed.. just slightly sweet.
Very light tea. I had to brew it for 3-5 more minutes than what is recommended to get it strong enough so it wouldn’t taste watered down.
Tried this recently. I do like it, with a touch of honey!
Good not great. Not really sure if White Tea is my thing.
A great white tea that doesn't have overly strong flavors.
Good white tea with a nice set of flavors. A little lighter than I generally prefer, but good for a hot summer tea.
If memory serves this tea sat right between White Peony and Silver Needle for me...makes sense though, doesn t it? While I really liked the flavor of Silver Needle, I didn t like how light it was on it. For a white tea though I didn t like the taste of White Peony, though it certainly wasn t as light in taste as the Silver Needle. This tea bringing the good and bad of both to my tea made things interesting. So out of the three I think it still takes a very close second place to the Silver Needle.
This was a lovely tea. It has a very light flavor. Fantastic
it was very good with a lovely smooth mouth feel. it has a light floral flavor that's paired best with a little sugar or honey. but it's also good without!
A more delicate version of White Peony. Light, refreshing and slightly sweet.
I was pleasantly surprised by this tea! It doesn't have a ton of flavor, but it is nice and smooth, with a little sweetness. I think it would be great blended with some nice light herbal teas, but is still awesome and delicious on its own!
Light and tasty. Would buy again.
This tea is absolutely fantastic. This is a must try especially if you enjoy white peony. Such a complex flavor. Fresh with a light sweet nectar flavor. I will definitely be getting it again.
I have decided that I am a fan of white teas and this White Symphony just might be my favorite.
This is a nice white tea; reminds me of a perfect blend of silver needle and white peony together in a soft medley. A light cup of tea with a touch of a fresh green tea scent.
Excellent, subtle flavor. Refreshing as a cold tea!
This is an amazing white tea. It feels like silk and tastes like heaven. I love to mix this with the master collection silver needle white. Together they come in and steal all stress away.
A beautiful symphony of flavor! Great cup of tea!
Extremely light tasting tea, even for a white tea. It was meh, no real flavor here
i like this one but i definitely prefer silver needle. i like this one a lot for a night time tea but sometimes i feel it is lacking.
This tea was very light. It had slightly more flavor than the silver needle tea I purchased. Nice smooth finish. Very refreshing. Will order again.
A nice, smooth white tea. When hot, it's very light but warming. I can't wait to brew a cold batch to see how the flavor changes. **Update - 3rd brewing is still as delicious as the first. That makes this tea a keeper.
Simple and clean. A really good white tea that s really enjoyable when you want something simple.
White Symphony has a very light and delicate flavor that I enjoy even more than Silver Needle. As somebody else described, it's sort of a warm, sweet peach nectar. It has no bitterness or astringency whatsoever. It's just a deliciously clean white tea.
My absolute new favorite tea. Great in the mornings, but was really nice and mild for when I was sick. It’s my new go to tea.
Enjoyed the light, fresh, flavor although I liked the silver needle more
Strong peach nectar flavor as an iced tea. More complexity than Silver Needle.
Great white tea. Like a light grassy green tea. Spectacular! Not a complex flavor.
A lovely, more flavorful version of White Peony. I enjoyed it, although I over brewed my first cup and didn’t care for it. The second time around I enjoyed it very much, with a quicker brew time. My second favorite white tea!
White Symphony was my first white tea. I brewed it tentatively with 3.5 grams to 8 oz @ 185 for 6 minutes. The dry leaves have a lightly grassy scent, spring hay and undertones of a deeper floral scent create depth. The resulting liquor was a pale golden color, not as deep a tone as others probably due to the proportion of tea to water used. The mouthfeel was surprising--very creamy and silky, almost like a broth. The flavors were soft but still very present: sweet hay, toasty/nuttiness, with a long-lasting deep but fresh finish. -- While completely different teas, this one reminds me of the warm comfort Genmai Cha offers, but rather than inspiring winter, this one feels like spring in my hometown. Would buy again.
Delicate white tea, pleasant, and light tasting. Would recommend.
This is a lovely, white, delicate tea, but I did not consider it amazing. I'll happily drink what I purchased, but probably won't purchase it again.
Didn t really taste much with this one...nothing really stood out to me. Also seems like there s more crushed leaves. I only tried one cup so I ll give it another try.
My favorite white tea to take before bed since it has zero caffeine. Great taste!
This white tea is very fragrant like the white peony but a lot better. The peony tended to come out a little weak sometimes.
So I love this tea, but I had issues with the teabags opening up. In a bag of 15 bags, so far two have split. Thinking about just making the rest in my strainer to be safe, but it does taste great. Very light taste that benefits from a longer steep.
godddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd
A nice light tea. Perfect when you don't want anything to heavy.
This is my favorite white tea. I love to drink it iced with a little honey. Subtle notes of honedew make it amazing.
While I wouldn't turn this tea down, it is a little too...earthy I would call it, for me. Color is more yellow, once brewed, than I would like, but the leaves themselves are very pretty. Probably won't order this again, but only because I would prefer other white or green teas over this.
This is a lovely tea. It is so light and smooth that you don't realize you're drinking it. It'll be a nice one to add to my pantry.
Good tasting tea and a reasonable price per cup. I mix it with gunpowder green. I also mix it with hibiscus to take some of the tart out. This is a delicious smooth tasting tea
