I like the tartness of a real strawberry and this tea didn't disappoint.
In this complex blend with strawberry overtones and a hint of vanilla, the Queen of Berries reigns supreme.

I like the tartness of a real strawberry and this tea didn't disappoint.
Oh god this is so delicious. I can't stop drinking it. I have a new favorite tea. It's taking over my life. I might be developing a codependency with it. Halp.
A great tea all around. Its a nice white tea mix with strawberry.
Delicate light berry vanilla flavor that really shined with a bit of rock sugar.
This is one of the teas that taste better iced on a hot summer day. Its perfect for lovers of fruit tea.
The white tea and strawberry meld well together, though if you’re going to put vanilla in there, I would prefer a little bit more of it. Four stars because this tea is good, but I wouldn’t buy a big bag.
Delicious strawberry taste! The white tea taste was very good as well, I munched on some of the leaves after steeping. Yummy!
The flavor is good, but the name is misleading. White strawberry suggests that I would be drinking white tea with a strawberry flavor. There are so many more flavors going on than just white tea and strawberry, and I would say strawberry is the least noticeable. If you want a light tea with a medley of berry (mostly blueberry) flavors, this fits the bill. If you are looking for a strong strawberry flavor, this is disappointing. This tea smells fantastic, and in my opinion tastes even better. The hibiscus makes it slightly sweet. It tastes more of rooibos than white tea, but I enjoy rooibos, especially with the strawberry.
I love this tea, which is surprising because I loathe rooibos. However, the other flavors balance it out beautifully and I don't have the usual mulchy flavor from rooibos.
This was one of my favorite CommuniTEA teas in a while. I love white tea but am not crazy about rooibos so I wasn't sure how I'd lean. This looks gorgeous with the blue cornflower and steeps to a lovely pink. Strawberry is subtle, tastes natural, and complements the white tea nicely. Awesome tea, even on the second steep.
So lovely and delicate! The scent out of the packet is so nice and sweet. Once brewed, it's not as sweet, but still very aromatic. It has a very nice mouthfeel, even makes me feel like I'm drinking juice or snapping a taste of a strawberry.

Really like this one. Very light and smooth with authentic strawberry flavor that's not artificial. Would be great iced.
Very delicate flavor, but the berries really come through. You can notice the mellow vanilla on the finish.
Today’s communiTea was a bit complex, delicious white and rooibos blend. As I emptied my packet, I got whiffs of fruity strawberry and hints of vanilla as a beautiful, hodgepodge of loose tea tumbled into my cold-steep glass teapot. Instantly a ruby red tint appeared, as plump blueberries, dried strawberries, several blue & reddish pieces all sat there looking back at me, as the cold water covered every tea leave. I steeped this blend 6 hrs then enjoyed over frozen berries instead of ice, sipping with my dinner. Each sip seemed delicate and fruity, as a woodsy rooibos gently shows up balancing several berry overtones as subtle hints of vanilla sweetened my cup. Very refreshing.
Love the berry flavor. Delicious and light - perfect
The White Strawberry offers the full sensory tea experience. It is so pretty out of the backage, with colorful bits of fruit, rose petals, and blue cornflowers tucked in among the tea leaves. The sweet aroma is of vanilla and strawberries. I steeped at 180°F x 2 minutes and added just a tiny bit of sweetener to bring the strawberry flavor forward. I didn't distinctly notice the rooibos or other flavors, but found that they blended together to provide a richer backdrop to the strawberry flavor than would white tea alone, and allowed for a second steep. Very good sipped hot, but I think this would also be fabulous served iced.
The communitea packet has a strong strawberries n'cream scent. The tea is a nice light white tea. It carries plenty of flavor. Good hot or iced.

Nice white tea. Simple flavors not overly fruity. Would love to try chilled. Would probably make a great iced tea.
I like most strawberry blends from adagio. They have the tart fruitiness that I love.
While I didn't get any cornflowers or any flowers in my CommuniTea packet... just the tea leaves and strawberry pieces... this was pretty tasty. Good strawberry aroma and taste.
Great tea! I honestly HATE the taste of strawberries, but this tea had enough fruits to make it still taste wonderful!
This tea had a very nice strawberry aroma straight from the packet, but I did not actually get any fruit pieces sitting in my infuser.
I brewed this up at 165 degrees since I find white teas are a little finnicky, and left it to steep for 3 minutes. I was rewarded with a cup that smelled just like when I buy berries, (I always sniff my strawberries to see whether they smell, if they don't I won't bother buying them) the freshest berries always smell luscious! The taste is somewhat delicate, but does deliver on the beautiful bouquet promised, and I got no trace of the rooibos (which is a good thing)!
This tea was a lovely sipping tea, and makes a wonderful strawberry tea for anyone who does not like a strong black base for their tea!
A tasty fruity white tea that is naturally sweet by itself.
Yum one of my favorite strawberry blends. I added a little honey to bring out the fruit flavor even more. I sampled this Tea as part of the CommuniTEA March Box.
Upon opening the packet, the strawberry aroma is delightful! I added a little rock sugar to sweeten. Once steeped I got a very mild whiff of vanilla, which lingers on your palate for a moment after sipping. Lovely strawberry flavor. Side note...the tea itself is beautiful🍓🌸
Update: I think I like this better iced. Very refreshing.
This was a very enjoyable tea for me. I'm not overly familiar with white teas and didn't know what to expect going in. It felt light without being a syrupy fruit forward flavor. Other reviewers have described it as berries and cream, and I feel like that's accurate. There's a mellowness that keeps the strawberry from completely taking over so that it's just a really smooth, enjoyable sip. I accidentally let my first cup cool and steep too long, but it didn't over power the cup, and I even enjoyed it lukewarm! Despite being a proper southern girl, I just don't like iced tea, so it's a huge bonus for me if a tea still tastes good on the cooler side. The second steep was just as good as the first and I could see this being a regular summer favorite.
This would be really good except for the added rooibos. The rancid awful flavor that adds makes it taste like it has gone bad :( I'd love to see a white strawberry without rooibos.
Other than that, this is actually pretty good.
A light tea with a delicate strawberry flavor and a nice aroma. The tea was just ok to me because I was picking up a strange undernote. Somewhat reminiscent of boiled peanuts.
Opening the package gave me a hint of the treat to come. This was a delicious, fruity blend that did well diluted in my liter water bottle with no sugar. After steeping according to the directions, I had a sip. It was every bit as good as the smell promised. I poured it over ice into my water bottle and filled it the rest of the way with cold water. It was light and refreshing on this hot day in Florida.
The CommuniTea packet smelled like fruit roll-ups - a slightly indistinct but very Red smelling fruit. The tea itself is light and sweet, with a fruit flavor that I guess is strawberry, but to me tastes more like a general Red Fruit Flavor (which I will attribute to the strawberry flavoring.) The white tea is the first flavor I got, with the slightly acidic fruit flavor at the end.
Why ruin a perfectly good herbal with rooibos??? Rooibos does not sit well with my personal palate so it essentially ruins the whole experience of this tea for me.
Today's CommuniTEA packet let loose the fruity scent of strawberries. After a few intoxicating whiffs of the candy-like strawberry scents, I tossed it into the VelociTEA maker's basket and pressed the button for White Tea to steep at 180ºF for 3 minutes.
The white tea was a delicate shade of yellow with a slightly pink tinge. The strawberry flavor is fruity and bright, yet subtle and balanced by the white tea and hibiscus. Although the smell reminds me of strawberry candy, the flavor is not cloying at all. The delicate white tea tannins create a pleasantly smooth mouthfeel with a slightly astringent finish. There are a lot of ingredients in this tea, yet they blend well together to create a light strawberries & cream flavor. The hibiscus is not overly tangy, the vanilla and rooibos are blended well into the background for a cohesive essence of strawberry.
What a great blend that demonstrates how many ingredients can complement one another!
The White Strawberry tea beckoned with its sweet fruity aroma and taste. No sweetener was necessary as the natural creamy strawberry taste came through. Steep as recommended and no bitterness shows up. Delicious hot or iced, this is a tasty cup of refreshment.
I really enjoyed today's Communitea sample. The delicate white was a wonderful backdrop for the berry flavors to come forth and a lovely creaminess to finish.
Excellent and light strawberry tea! Pleasantly sweet and the vanilla and rooibos really mellow it out.
As a big fan of Adagio's White Peach tea, I expected White Strawberry to be no different, and it wasn't.
I also have had White Strawberry previously as it is included in one of my favorite Fandom blends.
Absolutely delicious in the blend and by itself. Two thumbs up! (175F / 3mins)
When I opened my CommuniTEA packet, my first thought was of strawberry Starbursts. Fortunately, the brewed tea doesn't taste that sweet! It's quite smooth with pleasant strawberry and vanilla notes that reminds me of eating strawberries and cream. It makes a nice midafternoon cup.
The problem I have with flavored white tea (when I happen to have a problem with them) is oftentimes the fruit flavors subtract from the subtlety. This tea is a welcome departure for sure. The strawberries are sweet enough to forgo additional sweetener (unless you like it *really* sweet) without leaving it cloying. Overall a nicely rounded cup.
Light, bright, fresh flavor. The Strawberries come threw juicy and vibrant, against the delicate white tea. Perfect spring time tea.
White tea was delicate enough to not be acidic and imparted some fruity undertones. A little too light tasting for me, but it wasn't bad.
I received a single portion of this tea as part of the CommuniTEA box. As such, a blended tea may be unbalanced and color my review in that way.
Out of the package, the tea smells almost cloyingly sweet with the various berry scents in the tea. There's a full blueberry, but not as many of the other pieces other than blue cornflower and white tea. Still, it seems promising, though while I put the tea into the ball to steep, I notice there's quite a few crushed leaves in it, with not as many larger leaves as I would like.
I steeped the tea for approximately 3 minutes at 180 degree water, though I would likely recommend to steep for a shorter amount of time, as the tea almost started to turn bitter with that time. While it has a natural sweetness, the slight astringency and the tartness to the tea isn't as pleasant as I would like. Additionally, as I didn't have many strawberry pieces in these tea leaves, I didn't taste much strawberry, nor vanilla, as I would like. It tastes primarily of a white tea with blueberry instead of strawberry.
Adding sugar helps to an extent, allowing the tea to become a touch more balanced, but it still remains a somewhat tart berry tea, rather than a strawberry tea. Overall, it's a very underwhelming cup of tea, and I can think of others I have in my cabinet that I would prefer having to this one.
The tea smelled so good out of the packet. I brewed a cup and stuck it into the fridge to drink later. Two hours later...the tea was a refreshing brew of strawberry and white tea. The ingredient list includes rooibos but thankfully I was not picking up the rooibos flavor in this cup.
I made this one iced. It had a very light strawberry flavor. It was good but I wish I tasted a bit more strawberry. Maybe it would taste more like strawberry hot?
This tea has a pleasant flavor with a hint of strawberry - the strawberry flavor didn't come through very strongly. It seems a little odd to me that it's simply called 'white strawberry' when there's so much more going on in this tea than just the mild strawberry flavor.
This is my favorite tea so far this month. I didn't know much about white tea but I've become a fan. Just the right amount of strawberry and other berry notes.
Honesty first: I saw rooibos in the ingredients and was sure I was not going to like this tea. Surprisingly enough I was wrong. The flavor was a pleasant mix of white tea and strawberries. No bitterness and no overpowering wet wood flavors. I added 1/2 tsp of honey. 175F for 1.5 minutes
CommuniTEA review: I want to try a cold brew with this. This is definitely a tea I'd enjoy iced. Unfortunately, I only prepared it as the packaging stated. Out of the bag, strawberry was a prominent but you could pick up the berries as well. As brewed, definitely a fruity tea with some florally notes (I'm not attributing that to hibiscus as it is usually tart). I definitely need to buy this again in the future to play around with brewing times because I really do feel that 180 degrees can be a little overboard for a white tea in most cases.
Today’s CommuniTEA packet was White Strawberry. As I was opening the packet, my son walked by and said “I smell Froot Loops.” The fruity smell was strong in this one, but sadly to me just missed the mark in the flavor department. When hot, the tea was weak, and a very light berry flavor was noted. I’ve learned in the past to let things cool with fruit flavors, and so stuck the tea in the refrigerator to chill out. Iced, this tea bloomed to a bit more everything-more tea flavor, more berry flavor. It was still much too weak for my tastes, but was an enjoyable glass of iced tea. Brewed at 180° for 3 minutes, then chilled. No sugar or cream added.
Part of the March 2021 CommuniTEA Box. Smells like a fruit roll-up, but has a much creamier taste due to the vanilla. A very bouncy flavor.
