The basil is good and is the primary ingredient in a 'tulsi like' tea, strawberry is an accent in this balanced tea. Smells scrumptious.

The strawberry flavor is so delicious and juicy! Everyone said 'OMG what flavor is that?' with their first cup and begged me to buy more. The slight taste of basil was actually very pleasant.
I thought this had an interesting combination of flavors and I enjoyed it, but I'm giving four stars for one reason: the hibiscus. Not that I don't like it, because I do, but hibiscus has a very strong flavor and it overpowers everything else. Any tea I've ever had that contained hibiscus, that's all I tasted and many of the berry-based teas here that contain hibiscus could easily be swapped and I wouldn't know the difference! I wish this particular flower wasn't in so many teas because I'd like to taste the other flavors too! I know from White Blueberry that fruit and white tea can play nice together, but the hibiscus just steamrolls everything else, which is why I haven't really had much of my White Strawberry Basil yet. All in all still a great tea if you like fruity herbal blends, but if I re-order it, I intend to pick out all the hibiscus petals before making any to see how the flavor changes.
I was very excited to try this tea. When the package was opened I could smell the fruitiness of the strawberry, so I was worried that it would be overpowering. The fruitiness of the strawberry shines at the beginning but the basil takes it home as a nice compliment to the strawberry. It was not quite what I was expecting but it grew on me after several cups.
It tasted the way you would think, but needs a lot of tea in order to be strong enough. The entire sample bag made three cups.
This is one of my absolute favorites. I am very partial to strawberry teas but this is one of the best around. Cold or hot you can't go wrong with this.
Excellent tea! The sample bag that I purchased to try and see if I liked it was gone in only a few days. This tea has a great strawberry flavor that is a genuine fruit flavor, not an artificial or candy like strawberry which pairs very well with the herby spice of the basil.

I'm really not a fan of this tea at all. Due to white tea's not being strong, this tea tasted more like a tisane to me. Also, I didnt taste strawberry as the hibiscus overpowered everything. The only other thing I tasted was the basil which ended up taking on a peppery note. So really, this just tasted like hibiscus and pepper to me.
Cold brewed overnight in fridge. Whole sample pack into a pitcher of 1L/1Q room temp water, with 1/4 cup sugar.

Very mild which is expected since it's a white tea.
Just as lovely as the other white teas I've tried. The basil was a nice addition, and I've had strawberry-basil icecream that was not quite as nice, but had the same pleasant flavors.
However, it's not for those who aren't fond of herb-y flavors in their tea, or those who don't want to sit and enjoy it as it cools. Tasty warm, and just as good cooled.
I think it should be called White Basil Strawberry instead, since in my opinion it's more of an herbal-focused tea, rather than fruit - but I suppose Strawberry Basil rolls off the tongue better (in speech at least). Nevertheless, I enjoyed the subtle strawberry with basil pairing. These aren't two flavors I would normally think to combine, or one you would think would work, but it does, and very nicely. Neither flavor is overwhelming or overpowering; even though basil is definitely stronger, the balance works well. I might try making this as an iced tea. It's refreshing as a hot tea, so we shall see... ; )
This one surprised me. I don't really like white tea, but the strawberry-basil sounded interesting, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's light and fruity with a touch of herbal flavor that's really just wonderful. I think the basil balances out the notes of the white tea that usually leave a bad taste in my mouth.
I love this tea. It doesn’t have an artificial flavor like most fruit teas. It tastes more like basil than strawberry.

This is a very nice tea! It smells great and is well balanced unless you forget to take the tea leaves out if the cup. The basil gets stronger if you let it steep for a long time. Lol.

I was really looking forward to this one, but I was disappointed. I thought it had a harsh taste and felt very dry while drinking. It smells great though.
despite having berry and being an herbal tea, was relieved the tea lacked the classic bitterness that berry teas tend to have (since I prefer drinking teas hot and unsweetened)
Surprisingly good, refreshing with a light natural sweetness. It is pretty good iced I didn't try it hot. I think its best when it is sweltering outside.

This was a great white tea blend. It was fruity flavored. I could smell the basil before steeping but did not taste it while drinking.
I bet this is a fantastic tea to those that enjoy fruit flavors. I am drawn to the basil, but am never a fan of strawberry teas. It is lovely, just not my top selection.
