Really enjoy how light and suttle this tea can be, while holding back on adding a few extra tea leaves.

One of our favorite after dinner teas. This white is flavorful, rich and soothing. It's the perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy day. The cafine level is low so it doesn't keep us awake and we can enjoy a cup without that concern. We recommend this one highly.
A wonderful delicate flavor. Slightly savory with a hint of sweet, I enjoyed this one more hot, but was also good cold.
A rich white tea if there is such a thing. This one has been a daily favorite. It rebrews fairly well and is sweet and barely astringent with a pleasant sort of wet leaf/walnut flavor.

Delicate, with a pale honey-straw color, and a slightly floral taste. Really nice white tea. Easier to brew than the pearl-style teas.

I'm not familiar with white tea; this may be one of my first experiences with it. I chose this variety on the advice of a friend, and she was absolutely right. It's light, crisp and clean, and just right for after a meal when I'm feeling a little full and a little logy. Delicious!
I like white tea for the subtle flavors that it provides. I'm by no means an expert so I wanted to try a sort of introduction to white tea. Adagio and other reviewers seem to agree to the consensus that this is that tea. It's very light, but super clean. It has a good mouthfeel and does have a more grass-like taste to it than what I'm used to, but I still think it tastes great. Be careful with sweetening the tea because it is really easy to overdo.
I'm particular about my teas and I have to say that white peony is THE best tasting white tea I've ever had!!! Smooth taste little if any astringency. 2 teaspoons & 8 oz of water good for two steepings.
I use this tea as a base in many blends. It's a very, very light flavor so I'm not crazy about drinking it just on its own. But mixed with other florals, like lavender, it produces a wonderful cup. I'd only recommend this for blends.

Not a very strong flavor, very light. If you are looking for a very light, white tea I guess this will do.

A sweet, light flavor with a matching mellow aroma. It was an excellent white tea. I still need to try the Silver Needle, but this seems like a white tea I need on the shelf for those cool evenings.
Like all white teas, this is quite delicate. It requires a little more tea per cup to get a good flavor going, so keep that in mind when choosing a size.

This is my first try at a white tea since I bought my Varietea electric kettle. I made my first brew as instructed on the package - 2 teaspoons for 5 minutes . Way too strong for my taste! Now I use 1 teaspoon for 3 minutes and it makes a lovely, smooth tea that I can drink in the evening since the caffeine content is so low. For a second brew of the same leaves, I let the leaves steep for 5 minutes. Add a dollop of local honey and it's a perfect cup of tea!
Like it. Bought it as a replacement for snowbud which was out of stock. I would purchase again.
Fresh flavor, but be very careful of water temp and steep time to avoid bitterness.
It does use a lot of leaves, but it brews a,second pot easily.
Hands down my favorite white tea on the site. At least from the ones I have tried. Smooth and tastes like subtle flowers and fruit.
The packet I received contained chopped bits of tea leaves. I was not expecting this. Be careful not to overbrew.

Light and refreshing. Probably needs a bit more than assumed to get a very flavorful tea, but sometimes light is a good thing. Similar to a rose flavor. Makes for a nice iced tea but good warm too.

It's a pretty great tea! I don't have much experience with white teas, as I tend to prefer more intense flavors, but this was soothing and buttery. That said, I wasn't blown away by it.
This tea tastes similar to the White Symphony, but is a bit less expensive. It has a sweet, calming taste. I love it! I usually leave the tea steeping until I finish my cup, so it still tastes amazing when sitting in the water for longer than recommended.
I love this tea, very smooth and light. I should have ordered a bigger bag since it seems to use more per cup than my other teas.
This is a very unique white tea. The peony flavor comes through beautifully and does not taste like floral/perfume at all. Difficult to describe and lovely to savor!

This tea is absolutely amazing! When I drink it, I feel as if I'm wearing a white lace dress and sipping from a china tea cup, rather than the reality of bathrobe and a 'I <3 cats mug.'
