This tea is light and had a full flavor to it. I added lemon and it was fantastic!

Very nice tea.. brew at 180 to 185 then higher for more steepings. Depends how much tea you want to use. Nice, mild, relaxing tea. I usually brew until there is not more flavor and use as much as I feel like at the time. Loose leaf is the only way to go.

Certainly a lot of flavour for a white tea, I am very used to silver needle, but this was by no means disappointing

Does not even look like the photo lot's and lot's oh and lots of stems. But a good tea and good aroma...

Magnificently green and mildly floral. I brew green teas at a lower temp to keep them mild.

Light, slightly sweet and floral. Best warm-hot and with a tsp of sugar

This is a very light, floral flavor, smooth easy to drink and amazing when I need to relax.

★★★★★

One of my favorite white teas with notes of sweet flowers and fruit and a light, smooth liquor. Perfect sip iced or hot on a warm summer day. Reminds me of spring in a cup.

This tea is great for an evening cup. It's light and needs very little sweetener (honey works best with this one.) The quality is outstanding and I'm very excited to order more.

This was my first tea, saw it on channel 5.
It was just as the young lady described, it changed how I chose my teas.

I brewed my White Peony hot with a little tupelo honey. It was like a warm hug. It's a pretty plain tea, even the floral flavor doesn't come through strongly at all, but it takes the sweetness of the honey really well and it's really great by itself. I look forward to experimenting and blending with it. I would highly recommend this tea!

Good to make a blend with, I personally use it when I want something very mellow to help sleep. If you don't like camomile, this might be a good alternative

I expected it to taste different based on the description. It was just dried leaves, with none of the white fuzzy ones like in the picture and description. Maybe this was because I received a sample. I also expected it to be more floral or melony. Instead it's more like a less full-bodied green tea. Sort of light and savory.

A great basic white tea. It is perfect as a base for mint, lemongrass or lavender teas.

★★★★☆

I was honestly attracted by the name and was pleasantly surprised by soft, mellow, and relaxing taste that this tea had.

★★★★★

Gentle, soft flavor. Floral and white tea balance each other out beautifully. A treat every time.

★★★★★

Very light flavor, good white tea base for mixing or when you just want a very simple cup of white tea.

★★★★☆

The 'earthiest' of the whites I've tried so far. I love blending with white teas because they tend to take some of the astringent sting off of the really strong black or flavored teas, but this one also gives this sort of earthy after-taste. Not bad, but best to be aware of it.

nice light floral tea.

I highly recommend cold brewing this tea overnight. Smooth, sweet, delicate, but almost fruity-floral. Lovely white tea all around, but cold brew is the way to go!

It could be just me but it seems very very mild and the floral notes are too subtle to pick up on.

★★★★★

This is my most favorite white tea. It is just peaceful to drink.

★★★★★

This tastes just like cucumbers! When I brew it a little harder it also gets an almost spicy edge, like a jalapeno flavor or something. Really nice cold brewed as well.

Oh my gosh - this one is so delicate and yummy. It's not at all grassy. It has very slight floral tastes but not overly flowery at all. Just a fantastic all around mellow tea.

Nice flavor and I like the idea of white tea vs green or black.

I love this tea! Absolutely lovely. Delicate, not too floral. Very nice!

This is a lovely white tea; very clean and refreshing without any grassy notes. It's great for gongfu brewing with multiple satisfying steeps.

I would give this 3.5 stars so rounded up. There’s nothing wrong with it but also nothing special.

The dry leaves have a hay like smell that turns earthy while steeping. The tan yellow colored tea was very comforting and enjoyable to drink through multiple steepings. @adagioteas

Delicious tea. Fresh light floral with melon flavor undertones. A real treat to savor and enjoy. Delicate, low in caffeine and somewhat sweet. really nice to have in the evening.

Not quite as good as white symphony, this is still a lovely, light sipping tea. It also makes a great base if you want to make a predominately white tea blend.

Love this tea, very soft yet refreshing taste. One of the best basic white teas I have had

This is my new favorite tea. I love that it is light in color and low caffine.

★★★★★

I always drink this before going to bed because it's calming

★★★★★

A great reasonably priced white tea, with quite a light flavor compared to something like a silver needle tea, but still quite refreshing.

I tried this one after I’d fallen in love with White Symphony, and it’s safe to say it’s impossible for me to choose a favorite. Both are delightful! The Peony has a more mild, mellow flavor (perhaps less of an apricot note? Difficult to put my finger on it). Either way, Peony is absolutely a regular in the rotation now!

I first tried white peony at a coffee and tea shop on a vacation a while ago, and it left me craving more of it for a while. Bought this one online to see if it lived up to that experience, and it totally does. Light, floral, just an amazing cup of tea for when you want to relax

First I am a black tea drinker trying to branch out. The scent in the cup to me is floral. The tea with no sweetner is slightly savory. The after taste is faintly floral. The scent and taste in all aspects is strange. I have to work on my palate. I ll keep trying. @adagioteas Sorry-these leaves look like wet spinach and the tea barely has a taste. No more green/white for me :(

Such a light, delicate flavor that is beautiful for the morning. I did add a touch of rock sugar to it as well, and it brings out a sweetness to the floral flavor profile that I usually don't get when I drink it straight.

Too bland for me, I prefer the strawberry but it's still ok. I may buy it again.

Update- really enjoy this as part of a black and white tea blend that I make regularly.

Nice mild white tea. Nothing spectacular but it is good when you need a late afternoon pick me up and don't want too much caffeine. Nice mild flavor
