Quite possibly my favorite tea so far, mild flavor
White tea from Fujian, China. White Peony, also known as Pai Mu Tan, is a sweet, mild tea made from unopened tea buds, as well as the two newest leaves to sprout. Warm and floral like fruit blossoms. Golden liquor, succulent floral-fruit flavor.

Quite possibly my favorite tea so far, mild flavor
Great every day white tea at a very affordable price!
OK but it did not make much of an impression on me one way or the other.
I didn't like this one at all, but my boyfriend thought it was ok. I had to call a tea 'bad' or 'awful' because I think it could be very yummy to someone else, just not me.
This is a great tasting and very smooth white tea. Awesome value for the price.
was pleasantly surprised! tea was slightly sweet with a faint aftertaste of flowers. Good for afternoon tea.
This was good, but not my favorite. I like the flavored whites better. FWIW, I am not a white tea connoiseur.
I love this white tea, it makes me feel healthy and it tastes all right.
Great choice for when money is a little tight and sliver needle is not an option.
Amber in color, mild and smooth. Very enjoyable.
Very nice, light tea. Refreshing. Loved by both my fiance and me.
This is the first white tea I have tried from Adagio. It carries a much lighter flavor than the black teas I typically enjoy. The scent reminds me of hay or wild grass. It was a nice change but will not be my standard.
This was the first white tea that i have tried so I have nothing to compare it too. I did like it though.
This tea tastes so good and is stronger than I thought it would be. It smells delicious. It great for sipping on during an afternoon meeting. One of my favorites.
Good but nothing extrodinary. Very light flavor, so I would add more tea that you would for a green or black. To me it lacks the complexity of a good green or oolong.
Almost as good as t he silver needle, but a not as harsh.
My first white tea -- this makes a wonderful tea for afternoons. Lacking a kettle that will tell me when I've reached 180º, I've had to use a candy thermometer to find out how long to let the kettle cool down after boiling...
My first white tea. It was very surprising, I expected white tea to barely have any taste, yet White Peony surprised me by having an open fruity taste, similar to berries. I am 5 minutes away from reordering this tea.
My favorite Adagio tea so far. I like whites, but I find them all kind of similar except this one. I brew it a tad hotter than recommended, and only for 4-5 minutes, and that gives me the best flavor--more rich and floral and sweet than most whites. So far the best infusions come from my ball-type infuser, for some reason. Re-steeps well. Makes fabulous iced tea, too, so long as you don't water it down much, if at all. I usually don't--just brew it and throw it in a glass with plenty ice--yum!
Great, actually affordable white tea. I actually prefer this to silver needle.
I give this a good instead of an ok because it's my first white tea. For all I know, I may not fall in love with any white tea, and this may end up the best I'll ever have. Although I was expecting it to be very light, it was just too much so to get excited over.
I thought this tea had a nice light flavor. It wasn't too light or too overpowering.
I enjoyed this brew.It was my first loose leaf tea and the ability to easily change strength is great. The flavor was excellent, though I don't have much to compare it to other than the store bought bagged tea.
A great choice that's less expensive than the Silver Needle, but not cheaper in taste. If you love the Silver Needle but are wary of the price, give this tea a try-- you will probably enjoy it!
I'm not too impressed. I may just not be a fan of white teas, but this doesn't have a whole lot of taste to it.
like all other white teas i've tried, this one was too weak. i brewed double strength and it tasted good, but that's a good way to waste money.
First White tea I tried so I dont have much to compare it to. Very mild flavor
Another nice white tea. I'd probably like it more if I didn't love Silver Needle so much. Still, it's worth trying.
This is one fo the most wonderful white teas I have had!
White peony is a solid white tea. It's not as good as silver needle, but if you're not a white tea connossieur, you probably won't even notice the difference.
Very Good sweet flavor. Did not have to add any sweetner to this one. Very nice mild white tea.
I can't get enough of any of the white teas, and this one is no exception. Yummy!
A decent white tea, but not as flavorful as I prefer. Mellow and unintrusive, if that is what you're looking for.
Excellent white tea at a low price. Very subtle, but delicious. A nice introduction to white teas.
I really like thise tea it's nice and smooth and I love it with a little sugar and cream.
I love, love, love this tea! Nice and light, but with terrific flavor. Nice evening tea.
Tasted, looked, and smelled unpleasantly similar to boiled twigs. And I had such high hopes too...maybe I got a bad batch?
Very good tea. Will be the mainstay of my collection as I prefer whites
Pretty good tea, but white tea is what I drink when I want something more mild.
MY ALL TIME FAVORITE. IT IS A ALL YEAR TEA, GREAT ICED OR HOT. MY FRIENDS LIKE IT ALSO. IT IS MY HUSBANDS FAVORITE ALSO. IT IS SMOOTH AND HAS TONS OF FLAVOR THAT IS NOT OVERWHELMING. DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO THINKING IT IS A SECOND RATE TEA COMPARED TO THE OTHER WHITES DUE TO THE PRICE, IT IS A GREAT TEA.
A delicious and very mild tea, great for unwinding.
I really liked this tea. Its flavor is similar to that of silver needles, which is nice. If you're new to exploring white teas, I'd recommend this one since it's not expensive.
This tea was quite a bit lighter than what I had expected.
First introduction to white tea was White Peony. Had a pleasant aroma, good flavor with a smooth finish. Will definately purchase again.
One of the best white teas I've ever had, the floral undertones really make for a great taste.
delightful tea, very good lukewarm, as well as hot. mild aftertaste.
Great every day white, I get three steeps without a noticable change in taste or appearance
A very lovely tea. Nice and light, but very flavorful!
I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this, but it's FANTASTIC! Became an instant favorite. The flavor is great by itself, like a sweet green tea, or I add a little peppermint sometimes to jazz it up.
I was not happy with the taste, I guess I was expecting more of soft flowery taste
