White peony is the king of all teas next to silver needle. Its all good and awesome. I give it 5 bing bangs and I'd give it six if I could.

Perhaps I prepared it incorrectly but I was disappointed by the flavor of the tea. The first time it had no taste to me and the second time was bitter. I will stick to my herbals. I prefer the fruitier taste of tea.

A nice, relaxing tea. Has a nice, mild flavor, but is slightly grassy(similar to a green tea). Personally, I don't much care for the grassy teas, but I'll make an exception in this case.

A lovely, mild tea that is delicious hot and cold. It's wonderfull iced and mixed with any of the herbal teas on a hot summer day.

I like this tea quite a bit, but, damn, you have to use about a cubic yard of it for each five-cup pot.
This is a very mildly-flavored tea. I personally prefer a stronger tea flavor, so I don't think that I would order this again. However, I think that it would make a refreshing iced tea, perhaps with a few drops of fruit juice.

The white Peony is definately one of my favorite white teas. For people converting from black tea this is a good one to start with. It has a subtle and soothing flavor. The aroma is very nice as well!
White teas just aren't for me; too vegetal and hay-like for my taste. If you like green teas, though, you'd like this.

I was a little confused when the container said 'White Apella'. But then I realized that it was the White Peony.
I figured I ought to have at least one white tea, for special occasions, and I liked this one from the sampler best.
A bit green in terms of acidity (less bitter than, say, a lower-quality Sencha but quite a bit more ascerbic than most white teas) but still a lovely tea with a slightly darker brewed colour.
