This white was 'alright', had a decent flavor but after trying several of the other white teas this one left me a little wanting.

This tea left me somewhat disappointed. As a devoted drinker of Snowbud and Silver Needle, I found myself thinking that this tea just didn't quite measure up.
it was not what i expected. when i open it the tea had burnt/dry smell to it. very unlike other white i had. when brewed it lacked flavor with a dry leaf taste.
Not my favorite, there simply isn't enough flavor to truly taste the tea.
This isnt the best quality-- very twiggy and too much brown for my opinion. OVerall a good cup but not worth this price.
This tea is fine. It looks a little odd, kind of like mulch with the larger leaves and twiggy bits, and the tea itself brews stronger than I expect from a bud white. Economical in terms of price. The flavor is a little astringent, but overall a good cup, I just prefer jasmine white as my white tea.
I greatly prefer the white silver needle to this. This one tastes far too leafy.

just by looking at it, you can tell it isn't high quality. very few buds- almost entirely brown leaves. that being said, it is still a great tasting drink.
My first excursion in to white tea. I am so pleased! The taste is delicate but not boring. I am looking forward to further exploration with other white teas.

the white pony as i call it lol was really good. more rounded than the silver needle and brewed faster with more flavor, whereas, the silver needle took longer to brew a nice rich flavor

I like this tea for a bedtime tea, very relaxing and mild. I like the subtel sweetness. Steep for about 4 minutes to avoid any bitterness.

White Peony is a little too light and inspid for my taste. I think the money is much better spent on White Symphony.
This tea was simple, but quite good. Typically I much prefer darker teas, though this a nice break into lighter brews.
Ordered large quantities of it. Super yum and makes good iced tea for cheaper than Teavana's crap.

Found this to be an excellent value. The taste isn't as delicate, or refined, as Silver Needle. This tea has a slightly more aggressive taste. And the color is more yellow than Silver Needle. But considering the price of both, you really can't go wrong with White Peony.
A decent white but it lacks in flavor depth like the Silver Needle or White Symphony to me.

This is the best white tea I've tried so far. Mild flavor. Makes a nice afternoon cup.
Nice color, good flavor, and no astringency or bitterness whatsoever. A little mild for my tastes, so I have to steep a bit longer than recommended, but that should be expected for a white tea.
Great light tea, very mild. I have to be careful not to steep it too long, or I find it starts to have an almost chocolate flavor to it. It is good with other teas as well, especially peppermint leaves.
Much to my surprise I really enjoy the white peony. It's a bit stronger then the silver needle but that's why I like it so much, plus the price is right.
One of my favorite whites, without a doubt. Soft, slightly sweet, full of flavor. Silky mouthfeel with floral notes. Refreshing and delicious. A great tea to unwind with.

Rather delicate, but fairly good. I can detect a honey like sweetness to it that others have mentioned, but in the end I do prefer green tea over white being that it's usually more flavorful.
This is my second time trying White Peony. Great tea, but the new batch has instructions to brew 3-5 mins @ 195 degrees f. My last batch said to brew 7 mins @ 180 degrees f. Adagio responded to my email saying that its from a different area, so the instructions have changed. OK, fine, but 195 degrees f seems hot for a white tea. What do others think about this?
Tastes sweet and floral with a hint of chocolate. It's like a milder version of Black Dragon Pearls, which is great since White Peony is so much cheaper. Very relaxing!!
This is my favorite tea. It has such a mellow taste.
I am absolutely in love with this tea! It is light, while still maintaining a pleasing flavor and aroma. I highly recommend this tea for any tea lover!
My all time favorite white! I add just a small slice of lemon to give it a little zest.
LOVE this white tea. I drink a lot of tea so the Silver Needles (while delicious)is a bit expensive for my habits. This tea tastes extremely similar for a fraction of the price!
