I wasn't impressed with this tea. It was a little bit like grass.

Extremely smooth and calm, will order again for sure!

By far the sweetest tea on the site. The key I feel is to brew it in a Yixing teapot at a low temp (160) for 7 mins.

I liked this tea a lot, it was my first experience with white tea so I wasn't sure quite what to expect. Very mild.

outstanding tea! smooth, a nice sweetness. it is gentle ut flavorful and the aroma when you first lift your cup to your nose is just lovely. love this tea and would definitely recommend and would for sure order more.

I mix this with White Blueberry and its wonderful. Its a very light taste and is great first thing in the morning.

I know why this is highly rated now. I admit, white tea was hard for me to brew the first time, but once I figured it out it was amazing. A must buy.

Most likely the best green tea there is, and far better from Adagio than any other shop I've tried.

I was hoping that this may work as a stand-in for White Darjeeling. Sadly, I was wrong (I will, however experiment with amount used, water temperature, ansd steeping time to see if the problem is of my doing).

To my tastebuds, White Darjeeling has MUCH more flavor, and even though it is much harder to obtain it is worth the wait.

This is by far my favorite white tea type and my favorite Silver Needle from any of the other vendors. Steep the tea per the instructions and you cannot possibly go wrong.

This tea is very good. I like to infuse it for 3 minutes and then a second infusion for 4 minutes.

This has a nasty aftertaste, and a weak flavour. Far too subtle for me.

My first real white tea and I thought I'd go straight for the top. Very clean, refreshing with strong pine notes. Would order again.

Nice smooth, mellow, and almost golden taste tea. The tea is nice to drink, and very light.

This tea should be sipped slowly and enjoyed for its complexity. I like this tea best after it has cooled for a while. Others have descrived this tea as 'smokey' I dissagry. It has depth, but I find it more earthy. It's a very nice cup on a quiet morning.

I thought I would love this tea. This was my first white tea. Maybe I don't have the brewing down right yet, but it really doesn't appeal to me.

WOW! One of, if not THE best white tea I've ever had. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd drink it every day. If you want to treat yourself, go with this one. It's fantastic!

I found this tea to be exceptionally smooth and really comforting. Mild and full of flavor.

This was my first non flavored white tea. I enjoyed it very much. It has a delicate flavor, yet had a nice mouth feel that wasn't too light.

I have generally like mild tasting teas, and this one is more flavorful--with a heavy, almost buttery taste--than I expected.

No words can express how smooth and addictive this tea really is! It's SMOOTH. OMG - I could drink it all day. Can't afford this so will limit it to special occasions only. It should be in a category of super, not just great.

Silver needle was very good, but It comes at such a price. It has an intresting smokey flavor, however I think that Snowbud tastes better, and you can't bet the price for Snowbud.

Very good white tea but only for once in a while. It is just too pricey to drink every day.

Because this tea is a little pricey I think it's great as a blending tea. It's smooth taste goes great with any flavor of tea you choose to blend it with.

Not sure what it is about this one but I definately did not like it.

You know I was expecting something amazing, but it was very similar to the white peony, not worth the extra $$.

I didn't like this one as much as I thought I would but it's a nice alternate from the other teas.

This is a very light tea. It is very soothing, and very great taste. If your new to tea this is the one to try.

This is one the best white teas I have tasted. I rotate this tea in with my other green teas. Pay close attention to the water temperature and time steeping. If either one is too much it can ruin the taste of the tea.

Smooth tea with a nutty flavor, different than any other tea I've tried.

As a coffee drinker I was amazed at how much I liked this tea! Smooth with a sweet finish.

This is one of the better white teas. Be careful when brewing.

A great white tea. It does have a hint of pine, but it is mild.

This tea has an excellent flavor although it is delicate. I prefer darker teas butI really like this as a change of pace.

This was not as delicate as I thought it would be. It has a nice sweetness about it, and the flavor becomes stronger the more you sip. I recommend using reverse olfaction (exhaling as you sip) to pick up more flavors.

Very mild, light flavor. I wouldn't drink it everyday, however. I like more flavor in my everyday teas.

Silver needle is absolutly the very best white tea available and by far my favorite tea offered by Adagio.

I don't think I'm a silver needle kind of gal. I tried to steep this tea in different ways and each one ended up tasting off and 'stale'. My 7 year old liked it a lot though - so it may just be me. The flavor isn't too subtle and it's very smooth, otherwise!

i'm a green and oolong tea drinker, trying to develop a taste for white. This is light and delicate tea, almost tasteless, in a good way. it worked well for me.
