Lovely tea. I've always been big on silver needle to start with, so this is nothing new for me. I can't wait to try the fujian silver needle.
Silver Needle white tea is among the most revered of Chinese teas. Gathered only for a few days in early spring, a dedication to perfection is evident in the pale, ivory-colored liquor. Delicately honeysuckle floral, with a warmed sugar sweetness.

Lovely tea. I've always been big on silver needle to start with, so this is nothing new for me. I can't wait to try the fujian silver needle.
I really like this tea! It has a very subtle flavor, but comes out nicely with just a hint of honey.
Silver Needle is one of the most famous teas, but the quality varies widely from store to store. This Silver Needle is excellent - almost all young buds with fine hair on them. Some broken pieces and a couple of opened leaves but otherwise very good quality. The taste is fantastic, and good for multiple steepings.
This tea had a very subtle flavor which I love in white teas! Definitely like it more than White Peony!
This is the first loose leaf tea that I had ever tried and I am glad I came back to it. I just absolutely love the flavor of this tea. It is subtle by itself but it is just wonderful to me. The best part is the feeling I get after drinking it. I feel extremely alert and fulfilled. Will have to try mixing it with some green tea next time.
Good tea and enjoyable. Just learning about the white teas.
Very light, almost fruity after taste (to me anyway). Perfect after a meal or mid afternoon.
Silver Needle is a calming scent with a gentle earthy taste. Way better than green tea. Not as bitter.
Mild floral aroma and delicate flavor. It's just so nice...so buy it, and you won't regret it.
Easily one of my favorite teas ever. It's delicate and earthy without being grassy. I like it in the morning because it is so smooth and light, but still has a lot of flavor. Perfect for the tea noob, or the connoisseur
I first brewed this tea at around 3 minutes @ 180 and enjoyed a nice light cup of smooth white tea. Later I tried brewing a minute or so longer and the flavor was more full, but not over-steeped. Wouldn't go over 5 minutes.
Light and sweet. This is a white tea I could drink all day.
Amazing! All that needs to be said. White and Green Tea are my thing and this Tea is my Bed Time, Relaxing Tea. It is so light and smells of Flowers. This and Jasmine Silver Needle are the same I just feel that this is a little more strong and not so light as the Jasmine Silver Needle so I would stick with this one out of the two. That is if you like a little Stronger leaf for your tea.
Great tea. Much smoother than the Sencha that I usually drink. Could drink daily.
Another wonderful white tea, though I prefer it with jasmine.
Ethereal tea. very light and sweet all on its own.
There's something immensely satisfying about drinking a cup of silver needle--it's invigorating, and it's like a confident start to a fantastic day.
This is my absolute 2nd favorite white tea I have tried (my favorite is jasmine silver needle :)
Very smooth and easy tasting. I love how it quietly dances across your tongue producing such a light and beautiful flavor.
good, I'll buy this tea again. It was strong but smooth taste.
Soft, slightly sweet, a hint of fruit. This was my first intro to white tea and I really liked it.
Taste-wise, I love it. Every sip tastes different as it cools. Sweet, floral and fruit. But there's kind of an artichoke water smell. It's not a bad smell at all -- really quite fresh and alive smelling -- it just doesn't seem to match the flavor.
The Solver Needle from Adagio compares very favorably to other possible vendors. I have re-purchased it several times.
Silver needle is one of my luxury teas, reserved for when I need a quiet night in. The quality of this silver needle is better than most.
It is worth your money to upgrade to the Masters' collection version, which has a rounder mouth feel, sweeter taste, and finer, fuzzier buds. This tea has a light gold liquor, a typical white tea smell, and the mellowness you expect. The flavor is gentle and pleasant. It's not bad, but if you're willing to, you can do better.
Very mild flavor.. mixes well with mint or another green tea
One of the best and smoothest teas I have. I love this tea.
Sweet and light like honey. SO full of nice floral scent.
Delightful delicate sweet flavor. Use plenty to get enough flavor.
I bought this in the sample size. Very delicate, slight sweetness. I like
This is an exquisite and delicate tea with subtle flavors of aromatic flowers. It is white and silky with a pure and elegant flavor.
This is a wonderful white tea that I have started to drink on special occasions. It is simply smoother and lighter than my everyday white tea selection.
Not as strong as I would have liked but definitely was worth it for just taking a breath and sipping on at night. A wonderful white tea with just a hint of earthy and floral notes. Great for relaxing
I love Silver Needle. It is such a high quality white tea. Thank you for a wonderful tea.
I am pretty sure I'm not a fan of White Tea because I can tell this is high quality but it doesn't do anything for me. The beginning of the sip tastes very vegetal (like cooked asparagus) and then it ends with a strong honeysuckle flavor. It's light and floral. I recommend it for those who like that combination.
Amazing flavor! Very mild, but smooth and mellow.
This being the first white tea that I have tried from adagio, I will order this one again!
I am a fan of stronger teas, but I wanted to try and white tea. This one had a good taste, with a light sweet flavor, but it was too light for me. I enjoy a darker stronger tea.
Silver needle being a white tea is probably one of the finest tasting tease I've ever had. It's a very delicate tasting no sugar is required. After studying a lot of different types of tea I found white tea to be one of the healthiest teas around. So with that in mind and the taste it's probably one of the best teachers I've ever drank. Also for women it helps build collagen which is great for aging of our skin.
Amazing! The best white tea we've ever had. Very delicate in flavor. a good one to take some time with and enjoy.
This is a nice smooth tea, it is very calming to drink in the evening
Love this one! So soft and pure and sweet. It's delicate and wonderful. Yeah, I liked it.haha
I like this tea as a once in while tea. It's not my favorite but it has a good taste. It's one of the few white teas I've tried so far that weren't filled with fruit and that's a plus in itself. I'm really not a big fan of fruity teas.
A nice light white tea. Highly recommended from other sites so I decided to try Adagio's.
This tea is perfect any time of day. I love that you can steep the leaves 4 or 5 times without losing any flavor.
I've had sample of this from adagio before and it was quite okay. This time when I ordered the in large amount I've received the silver needle that is not fresh anymore. Doesn't taste good at all.
I am not a fan of silver needle or white tea for that matter, but I certainly appreciate a good quality tea. I would certainly recommend it for all the white tea lovers.
This is a very light, well-balanced tea. We initially wanted the jasmine version but ordered this by mistake, but we didn't mind it. Definitely a good option if you don't like floral teas.
Sweet and satisfying. Be sure to drink it when you have time to sip and savor for the best sensory experience.Worth the price for sure!
Soft and lovely flavor. Don't steep for too long or it will get bitter.
This is a VERY subtle flavor. Make sure you use enough and I let it steep a bit longer. This was my first white tea experience. It's slightly sweet and lingers just a bit on the tongue. I enjoyed it.
