Man, was this tea worth the money or what? I usually don't like white teas, but silver needle has got me singing a whole different tune. It has a really light body to it so it's great if I want an afternoon tea that won't keep me up at night.
Silver needle has a nice subtle, smooth flavor one can easily enjoy. however I found myself enjoying White Symphony's slightly sweet flavor over this one.

It has such a wonderful mild taste. Light, good for warm days. The smell may not be so great, but the flavor is nice and refreshing.
This one was awesome but not perfect, but I'm slightly biased because I had the fujian silver needle before this. It's got a nice tea flavor, and goes well with some honey, but isn't quite as complex as its finer (and more expensive) cousin. It's quite faint, though, so definitely be aware of that.
Worth every penny, especially if your looking for a staple in your tea diet. Its hard to explain the delicate yet complex flavor of this nearly clear tea. But if you just don't want to waste your time go with it.

This was the first white tea that I have tried. I was expecting it to be a subtle tea but in fact its taste was quite robust with an almost chocolate character. Highly recommended.

Very nice, light tea. Slight whisper of peach, which wasn't unwelcome. When overbrewed, a bit more on the bitter-greener side than I'd like. Still a delightful tea.
After read the great reviews for the silver needle tea I was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, I don't know what is to like about this tea. There is no distinguishable flavor to it - no matter how long I steeped it. Very light, weak no flavor. I would not recommend for people who actually want to taste their tea.

I can't figure out what all the rave is about. I tried a sample of this, it had like no taste. For all the money it costs? I really like the white peony, in general, and certainly way more than this tasteless stuff. Ok, so I had the silver needle again last night. It was better than I thought, it had that great white tea taste that I love. But, I would still say that I like the white peony better, this was not quite as sweet. If you like less sweet, this is a fine white tea. But I will definitely buy more of the white peony, not this.

This is some top notch white tea. I would recommend it to pretty much anyone - if you can get the brewing down properly (I haven't quite yet) - then it has the best mix of fruity and floral flavors that you can imagine!
