Best white tea I've ever tried. It's a complex flavor for sure. I used two teaspoons and the flavor was comparable to cucumber, as far as how tasty, yet mild it is. I've made this for a few friends who love white tea and they all loved it as well. My favorite part is that I can usually get about 4 brews out of one infuser full or this stuff. Definitely worth the money!
Excellent white tea with soft buttery taste. You can get about 2-3 steepings out of it.

Ok, so, the first time I tried this tea it was super grassy and I couldn t figure out what was so great about it. The second time I tried it, though, it was absolutely delightful. It s definitely a tea where you have to brew it according to instructions, but it makes a great cup of tea.
This is a pretty gold silver needle. The taste is maybe a bit weak, but just steep for longer.
This is my daily driver for white tea. I just never tired of Silver Needle.

Beautiful flavor, very mild but I could tell a significant difference in quality and I m by no means a connoisseur.
I have to be honest here- this wasn't that much different from regular Silver Needle. And I'm kinda disappointed about that- 'cause I was expecting to be 'wowed'. Like I've been wowed by the other Masters teas. I have no doubt that it's high quality and a finer grade, but either it's just too similar to regular Silver Needle- or my palate is too unrefined to tell the difference.

Leaves, scented faintly of fragrant hay, are as pictured - single buds, silvery with fuzz. Brewed, the golden liquor tastes mildly of cucumber, and to a lesser extent, asparagus. Brewed according to directions (1 tsp per cup), I did not get any honeydew melon or any sweetness whatsoever. There was no astringency though, and what I tasted was not unpleasant by any means, so there is that. I thought the lesser-priced version Silver Needle was better, actually. UPDATED TO NOTE: Brewing with 2 tsp per cup, the liquor is sweet, honey and melon forefront, almost jammy without any vegetal notes at all. There's no astringency either way and both strengths are pleasant to sip.
All I can say is amazing...I have held off trying these Masters teas but sampled this one...pure Fujian, such a delightful tea!
The aroma and flavor were exceptional, but I'll need to store it in something more airtight than the tin.
This Master Series tea is well worth the price! It’s delicious and delicate in body yet very complex in flavor. I will continue to purchase this higher quality level version. I love it!
I have to say of all the master's I have bought, this is my second favorite only to the jasmine pearls. Sweet enough to be enjoyed without sugar, resteep quality worth its price.

I am a rabid tea drinker, and this is now one of my two favorite teas. My husband introduced me to silver needle tea as part of an anniversary gift a couple of years ago. That one was phenomenal, but this is in a whole different class. It's light and creamy and doesn't require additional sweetener. Definitely worth the price, and the tin is beautiful.
Very similar to normal Silver Needle, surprise surprise. Once again this is a tea with a perfect layer of complex flavors. The aroma is grassy and sweet. The delicate white hairs show just how high quality this Fujian level white tea is. The finish is clean, sweet, and a hint of dryness. Absolutely worth the price tag.
I got the 2015 batch because it was at a discount. I found it light, and floral, and had a lot of depth.

Brewed at 100 milliliter of 195F water on 4 grams of tea with infusions consisting of 45 seconds and adding 10 seconds after the 1st infusion.
This tea. I would buy this tea even if I had to mortgage my house to get a spoonful. The leaves re-steap extremely well. I can get several pots off of two teaspoons. The flavor is subtle but strong. Like a delicate whisper across your tongue. The texture is so smooth that it would make silk and satin envious. It is best with the sugar crystals.
This tea is so light and delicious. It's definitely one of my favorites, I just wish is wasn't so expensive!

Silver Needle is my favorite white tea. The Master Fujian is the best silver needle I have had. The master s teas are typically superior to Adagio s regulare line. I have had problems with old white tea from other vendors being stale, never from Adagio.

So this is my second fill of the Fujian Silver Needle tea; my first had been a sample that blew us away (us= my fiance and I). We had gotten the sale on the 3-oz tin not too long ago. It has a very light floral, subtle, complex flavor of very refreshing feel. Want to say almost cucumbery accent, though I know that's not right. It's a very unique taste, but by far, a most excellent, top-notch tea and our favoritest so far of the master teas.
