This tea had a very pleasant flavor. The tea wasn’t too bitter and is perfect in times of feeling unwell.

I drank this when I was down with COVID, and it was a nice pick me up that helped combat the exhaustion and brain fog and general ugh.

Wonderful flavor and definitely had me feeling better during a nasty cold. I was pleased to find that the green tea wasn’t bitter at all.

★★★★★

This is a new green tea favorite for my mornings before work. Love the spice - not too strong, just right. I don’t need to be sick to drink this tea!

I enjoyed this tea with a little honey. It is relaxing and soothing, with mint and ginger coming through stronger than the other flavors. While it is minty, I wouldn't consider this to be too minty.

I bought this on a whim while I was browsing idly from a Covid-induced quarantine. I can’t say whether it hastened my recovery, but even with Covid-induced loss of taste, I could pick up on the peppercorns, fennel, and mint in the tea. It only gets better when you can actually taste it. It’s light and refreshing and I appreciate the extra kick from the caffeine.

Is it witchcraft? It it science? Don't care. It was delicious and it made me feel better.
I was worried it would taste too much like medicine. Nope. Spritz of lemon and honey, you're good to go with a box of tissues. I did the amount suggested on the bag for time and temp.

★★★★☆

Took me a while to get the blend on this right, there seems to be a really tight margin of steep time, tea amount, that a lot of things can make it either overwhelming or insipid. When it's right though, it's extremely cozy.

Keep this on hand for when you’re under the weather. It helps so much! And is yummy.

★★★★☆

Green tea isn't my favorite, but this blend is very good as it contains many beneficial herbs to calm your most common ailments. I like to sip on this when I first feel something coming on to nip it in the bud. Sometimes I will add extra grated ginger to give it an extra kick. A swirl of honey completes my wellness tonic asI settle in for some self-care time.

This is our go to tea when we get sick. Ordered this because we ran out since my hubby was sick. I knew I was right behind him so we needed more. Only FedEx decided to take an extra week to deliver. As soon as it was delivered, opened it and got it brewing so I can feel better faster. @adagioteas

★★★★☆

An enjoyable cup for anytime but particularly comforting when under the weather. Minty sweetness and ginger helps my upset stomach. I am not a huge fan of licorice but that was not an overpowering flavor in the blend.

A must-have these past two years, and my go-to when I feel the slightest bit congested.

★★★★★

A must in every cupboard during fall and winter. This blend is a real “make-you-feel-better” blend. I deliver teabags of it to friends under the weather and they always write or call immediately after sipping. Huge fan.

I starting getting the sniffles, so I ordered this tea. I really like the taste and after a cup a day for 3 days in a row my sniffles were gone. I will definitely be a return purchaser of Speedy Recovery because it lives up to it's name.

★★★★★

Very tasty herbal blend. The first sip of this and nostalgia kicked in of mom brewing me tea whenever I had a cold. Not sure if this cures all, but it's certainly delicious and soothing!

The loose tea smells like peppermint mostly and a hint of ginger. It’s a very soothing taste, perfect for getting over a cold.

Got this for an ill friend. Said it wasn't necessarily a flavor they liked but did help them feel better.

★★★★★

Very fragrant and refreshing. This tea is packed full of natural herbs and spices. It definitely has a way of picking up one’s mood with the aroma it gives off and it opens up the sinus cavity too. But it’s not overpowering.

I felt like I was coming down with a cold, and steeped a few big mugs of speedy recovery and felt fine the next day. Totally recommend it!

My significant other was sick recently and absolutely loved this tea. There is a lot of different flavors that work together. I think the cardamon and ginger are the strongest smells

Sometimes the health teas can have weird after tastes. Not this one. Just tastes like a regular green tea with some herbaceous back notes

First time trying some of the wellness blends and the speedy recovery is great for when you're feeling under the weather.

Though I can't really speak to the efficacy of this tea, it did make me feel good. It was comforting and I liked the flavor.

I brewed a cup of this to help ease the discomfort during my period ( cramps and nausea) and this did indeed live up to it’s name. And it tasted great!

I ve been sipping on this one lately as a has a soothing minty flavor and aroma for those cold nights when you feel like you re coming down with something. My original assessment of this tea remains the same.
Update:
I can’t say enough about this one! This is one of my fall and winter must haves for just getting cozy on a chilly night or soothing a sore throat.

This tea is pretty love or hate. I enjoy it with a little extra anise seeds added but my husband hates it because of the licorice flavor.

Great tea to relax with when you don't feel well. Just smooth enough to take the edge off when you feel lousy

★★★★★

Such a relaxing tea to have when you aren't feeling well, or even just want something refreshing to have in the morning to start your day.

★★★★★

I used to go to David's tea a bunch when I lived in a city with many of their storefronts, and the North African Mint was one of my favorites. I got this one since it sounded very similar...and it is! An excellent alternative you can get at Adagio for a lower price.

This tea has really been great for our family of seven! As a family of actors, we are surrounded by lots of people all the time. When we start to feel rundown, this tea helps to counter symptoms and we start feeling better quickly. The taste is pleasantly sweetish without needing extra sugar or honey.

I have seasonal allergies that make me feel like I have been hit by a bus. My throat aches and itches and my head hurts and I'm just exhausted when my allergies act up. It is during these times that I need Speedy Recovery. The peppermint, ginger, and licorice do wonders for my throat and the peppermint helps my head while the green tea gives me a bit of energy. The blend creates an interesting contrasting warm/cool sensation in my throat and chest that is do comforting. But it doesnt just help you to feel better, it tastes good. Speedy Recovery has a spiced green tea flavor similar to green chai but without cinnamon.

This tea does taste healthy, but it probably also has one of the best ratios of taste to healthiness that you'll find in a 'health' tea

Pleasant taste. I swear it gave me some pep in the dark doldrums of winter. Try to stick to the recommended steeping time and temp. I had the water a bit to hot one time and it definitely affected the taste in a bad way.

When I opened the bag, the smell of the various spices involved immediately made themselves known. However, brewed, the peppermint flavor seems to dominate the flavor. The other flavors don’t conflict, but they seem to be much minor notes comparatively.

Love it. Not my favorite but still makes my top 15

I purchased this for a girl's trip to the beach and wasn't sure how I would like it. What a wonderful surprise! It has licorice within yet tastes of mint, clove, and spice. I prefer mine plain, but my daughter and sister like it with cream and honey. It seems to be a lovely tea, suitable to multiple preferences. It definitely helped with sun recovery and we have enjoyed it both hot and iced. I've purchased more and this tea is joining my regular practice!

Love this! Great when you feel not so good with a pleasant taste and not like the normal detox.

I wasn't sure I would like this, but I absolutely love it. It makes me feel warm and cozy and healthier, even when I'm not sick.
