I find it difficult to accurately describe this one, purely because there's so many flavors at play, and I only elected to try it when I had a little tummy upset to help digestion. It's more palatable than expected but definitely not a cup I would go for on any other occasion.

The smell of licorice right away and the first sip was incredible. Even opening bag was a delight to be smelled.

Nothing wrong with my gut today. But, still had to try the tea today as it is a new tea for me to try. I lke all the flavors and they meld well together. I will definitely save for when I have an issue with my gut and see what happens.

A very light tasting tea… But did help with digestion for me

If I could give it more stars I would!!!
This has become a staple in my home! Anytime I have a less than pleasant bathroom experience I drink this. It works within a couple hours!

Happy belly is a soothing and satisfying blend that will support your digestive health and make you feel good inside and out. The aroma is spicy and inviting, with notes of ginger, aniseed, and citrus freshness. The flavor is smooth and creamy, with a balance of sweetness, zing, and bitterness. This blend has a cozy and earthy texture, and will help your digestive system with a touch of slippery elm and senna. Happy belly is ideal whenever you need a moment of tranquility and bliss. Happy belly is more than just a tea, it is an experience.

I thought the taste was mild and inoffensive and I didn't have any dramatic unwanted results :)- so far so good

★★★★★

Soothing for what ails you. A great way to get through the holidays (and any other time) of easily overindulgence.

★★★☆☆

I personally think this tea is terrible as I'm not a fan of licorice and that really stands out for me. My husband on the other hand thinks it is phenomenal and can't taste the licorice at all.

★★★☆☆

Helps with digestion, but not my favorite tasting tea ...definitely taken for the need and not the pleasure. Be sure to finish the cup while it's hot.

So I ate way to much at dinner tonight and my tummy was very much not happy. All of a sudden I remember I had gotten a sample of this tea and so I brewed it up. It tasted wonderful and truly made my belly happy.

I honestly love this tea, it was more soothing than i was expecting! I'm not normally a fan of licorice but this combo made me like it.

Happy Belly tea is a soothing and calming blend. Its gentle herbal flavors promote digestion and comfort. A delightful choice for a happy tummy!

Great tea for early morning after a long night. Solid taste but mostly just really soothing.

I love this tea to clean out your stomach in an easy way. Doesn't hit right away, will take a couple of hours to kick in. It has a bit of an earthy taste so I will tend to put a scoop or a fruity herbal tea in it as well, but it's gentle on the stomach and will get the job done.

★★★☆☆

I didn't love the taste, and maybe it's meant to soothe the stomach because it didn't really do anything for my intestinal cramps. I'll try it again when I'm having a different gut issue but as it is I'd much rather drink Double Ginger.

★★★★★

Out of the six teas I have tried that has senna leaf in it. This is the only one that is pleasant to drink. I will be sticking with this one for all my future purchases.

This is a lovely comforting tea. Anytime my partner or my self are having stomach issues we drink this. It's also just a nice night time tea too.

This tea helped my upset stomach and nausea. It's a lovely herbal flavor and great to have on hand. The flavor is not overpowering. It is easy to drink. I plan on having this on hand for whenever I have an upset stomach. I recommend it.

I enjoyed the taste of this compared to other “digestive” teas, but it didn’t quite have the effect I was hoping for.

I tried this tea after getting a similar mix from a local vendor. This wasn’t as flavorful as I was expecting. I tried a few methods of brewing at cooler temps, shorter, longer steeps. Not the taste or effect I searched for.

Not as delicious to me as the Breathe Well tea, but still pretty tasty. I didn't notice anything going on with my belly but I generally have a pretty happy belly anyway.

★★★★★

I don't know who needs to hear this, but this tea stops diarrhea in it's tracks. It's my best friend after eating too much spicy food. It's not the best tasting tea but it's not meant to be, it's medicinal.

I use this tea often. I've always had stomach issues and this helps me a lot. It definitely helps with bloating and by the next day my system is back on track.

Not sure if this really helps? Slightly bitter, root-based ingredients stand out center and front. I can't say it's enjoyable cup of tea other than warmth and a bit of hopeful assurance that this is 'good for your belly'.

This is a go to any morning I feel tightness in my stomach. All the flavors blend well together to smooth any kind of blues away!

This tea tastes like smooth move but is higher quality. I can see the pieces of senna leaves in the dry leaf. I didn't need to add any milk or sweetner to my cup either.

There is a LOT going on in this tea, with so many layers of flavor coming from so many different directions. My partner smelled it and said it smelled savory, then tasted it and said it TASTED savory. I figure that’s partly the licorice notes, partly the chicory, and a little bit the rooibos. All of which absolutely blend to be more than the sum of their parts into something better than what you’d expect. We both often have stomachs that are upset for one reason or another—my preferred method of soothing just being a ginger chew candy—so it was fairly easy to test the soothing properties of this tea. Happy to report that it absolutely helped! This blend may be power on the palate, but it is tender on the tummy. Very happy with this, and for sure will be grabbing more once we need it!

This tea is no joke. Its very strong and herbal and works quickly on emptying you out

★★★★★

Decided to err on the side of caution and brew myself an 8 oz cup rather than my usual 16 oz to try this one out. Flavor is on the mild and pleasant side, and while the aniseed is present, it wasn't overwhelming. It's a little bit sweet! Didn't feel a need to add anything to it. No cramping or ill effects from drinking it.

I used a very low amount after reading the reviews for this one. I anticipated much stronger side effects so I wanted to start off slow. I bought this mostly for the laxative effect & I have to say I’m a bit disappointed though that’s probably from the amount I used. Starting off with 1.4g:11oz of water was on the low side of what I read the dosage of senna leaf & slippery elm to be. I think the next time I try it I’ll go for a full 2gs & see where that gets me. The taste was amazing anyway! I paired this with 10g of sourwood honey. It was very sweet & almost flora. The low amount of caffeine had me drinking it fairly late into the night. I still have my after work fatigue so I doubt it’ll impact my sleep at all. A very nice treat with or after dinner I think!

This tea really makes your tummy feel calm, and has a wonderful taste

★★★★★

This has an exquisite flavor of ginger, anise, and licorice. It's almost too effective as a laxative so I can't drink it everyday. But I love the occasional cup.

★★★★☆

The loose tea is very strong smelling, but the taste is mellow in a good way.

★★★★★

You ate too much, and it just isn’t sitting right. Happy Belly to the rescue! A great tea for those times that you want to give your tummy some love.

★★★☆☆

The flavor is great but I sure wish they made a form without senna! DO NOT MAKE DAILY SENNA TEA A HABIT!
