I found this tea helpful, although I usually just addsenna Leaf to whatever tea I'm drinking if I need belly help

Not my favorite. Didn’t taste bad, just bland. Contains senna so i suppose it moves things along

I ordered this tea because it was indicated that it could be a good 'substitute' for Davids Le Digestif tea. I have not found that to be true, and I think it is because of the Senna Leaf that is in it. I have Celiac Disease, and 'Le Digestif' is my go-to when my stomach is having issues and/if if I accidentally get 'glutened.' Happy Belly, does not give the same 'soothing feeling' and, in fact, can make the upset stomach worse. It was worth the try, but I don't think I will be ordering it again.

Just the right tea to settle down with after a big dinner and before bed! All of the flavors are subtle but blend together so well.

★★★☆☆

it appears to be mainly senna leaf…. Yet the chicory really does come forward. Wish I tasted the licorice more.

I had already had a sample pack of this tea in the Good for You tea pack. Whenever I feel a need for a bit of help with digestive issues, I put a tad of Happy Belly in with another herbal tea and it provides the relief I need. It is a tea I plan to keep as a staple to have on hand when needed.

Tastes great! Calming and soothing for even the most sensitive stomachs. It was better to steep it longer than recommended.

One of my favorites. I love the flavor & it definitely helps my GI tract in a gentle way.

A nice soothing blend for days with an unhappy belly. Thus has become a part of our regular order. So good.

So TMI but I have issues with constipation and this is great if you do or just need a little bit of gut relief. So the ingredients which is slippery elm is one of the main things that does help which you need to brew longer than 3 minutes so 10 to 15 minutes it may be a little bit bitter but you can add honey to get rid of that bite!! I love to mix this with skinny tea or sometimes I will mix it with speedy recovery or throat therapy which have ingredients as well that can help with this issue!!

Not my choice of ingredient flavors but perhaps if my belly wasn’t happy I’d do better trying to get it down. Was interesting. CT 9/25/2024.

Communitea sample: A lot of different flavors come out in this tea. It's very savory but has some sweetness in the back from anise and ginger. It also has a tingle of spiciness. It's warming and reminds me of drinking broth from a hot soup, definitely something that could help ease an upset stomach!

Smells horrible and tastes like a less salty pho broth. I like pho, but I don't want to drink it.

I am rating this purely on taste, not on efficacy. I do know Senna is pretty powerful, so I am sure it does the trick to help move things along, if you know what I mean...so the flavor to me is too heavy on the aniseed and licorice. If you've ever had pho broth, then you have an idea of what this tastes like...and I like pho. I just want to eat it with noodles, braised meat, and bok choy. I also made the mistake of adding sweetener, and I think that probably makes it weirder. I also do not particularly get the puerh, but I was very distracted by the idea of soup. If you go into it expecting the brothiness and drink it more for its medicinal qualities, you may be ok, but if you're expecting a lovely sweet nighttime herbal tea, you'll have an unpleasant surprise!

This was slightly sweet from the licorice and I enjoyed the taste. My stomach was feeling queazy when I drank it and it definitely helped.

★★★☆☆

Licorice heavy, which isn't something I'd reach for if I had an upset stomach.

★★★☆☆

I mostly get anise and pu-ehr. Not horrible but the aftertaste has the bitterness I associate with medicines when I was a kid. I want the spoonful of sugar for after having this go down. Kinda want more ginger. Not a horrible blend, but nothing I see myself purchasing in the future.

I can’t stand the strong licorice flavor.
I sampled this Tea as part of the CommuniTEA November box

This is a surprisingly good tea. Not one I’d pick out to drink, but the health benefits are very good! If my stomach was upset, I’d happily drink this!

It's too early to tell how well this will work, but the flavor isn't great. It reminds me of beef broth, without the beef flavor. I think I have a sample bag around somewhere, but it isn't one that I am too eager to have again.

This is one of the blandest tasting herbal teas to ever cross my lips. There was no standout component in the blend. The ginger flavor was as weak as a sick puppy. Plus, pu-erh did not work for me in an herbal tea. I understand the purpose of senna leaf, but I'm pretty sure it can be blended with more flavorable ingredients.

★★★★☆

It definitely tastes like a wellness tea, but it's palatable and smooth, and the licorice wasn't overpowering in the blend. I didn't mind the licorice at all and honestly enjoyed the tea. I'm not currently experiencing any GI upset so I can't vouch for its abilities to perform as advertised, but it certainly seems like it would be soothing. Steeped 5 min @ 195º.

It tastes like the inside of a health food store, but its also the sort of thing you would buy at a health food store for the effect of senna leaf.

What an interesting blend! I wasn't sure about trying this with all the reviews, but I'm glad I did (communiTEA packet). It's earthy and a little spicy with the anise and ginger. It tastes better with honey. I didn't have any stomach issues so it was an okay kind of blend.

I was not prepared for this healthy tea. This made my tummy super happy. it helped with bloating and discomfort after eating unhealthy foods. It taste better hot than cold.

★★★☆☆

I was looking for something soothing to the belly but unfortunately I didn't find it here. Minus the fact this has senna leaves, which could actually be removed since they are large enough to pick through, I didn't think they would cause a huge issue, especially since I've drank senna leaves teas before with no issue. I gave them a try and they ended up causing cramping, which is a common side effect of laxatives, but was hoping that wouldn't be the case. The flavor was also a little off. Way too much licorice for my preference. I might try again but pull out the senna leaves and add more cinnamon chips.

It honestly doesn't taste all that nice. The flavor is, for lack of a better term, weird. It does manage to be noticeably soothing to the stomach, however.

Nice tasting medicinal tea. It does help the belly. I would compare it to Smooth Move of what you find on store shelves. Do take it one cup at a time. Don't ask why I say that, just take my word.
