This tea reminds me of my childhood. Every night i drank Hagebutten (rosehips) tea. It is sweet with a wonderful berry flavor.

This is my go-to (with honey) for sore throats. It feels like it keeps the bad bugs away...and tastes delicious.

This was a surprising one! I expected it to be fairly tart, but it was nicely balanced and quite nice to cap off my evening. Definitely worth a sample.

Another great tea from Adagio! Elderberries help boost immunity, and drinking this delicious tea is a great way to get your elderberry fix.

very strange and very strong flavor. unfortunately due to the flavour profile i associate the taste of it strongly with like thanksgiving. very elderberry forward. very winey. absolutely worth a taste. wish i liked it more haha

If you[re looking for something a little different in your next cup of tea this might be a good one to try... the hints of lemongrass were quite exotic. I also appreciate the healthy aspects of Elderberry in this tea.

As others noted, it seems to be dry with tannins. It’s interesting to sip. Made it as a cold tea. Not sure I would buy this again

Pretty underwhelming. A generic berry flavor. Perhaps even a bit artificial and medicinal tasting. Wasn't impressed.

Great hot for the autumn season with a sweet treat! Would recommend doubling the serving size if you want a bold taste!

I particularly love this one over ice. It's a great replacement for an evening cocktail.

I wouldn t know how to enjoy this tea.

I bought this tea for my daughter awhile ago and she loves it. I tried some and it was awesome. It really does taste like wine.

Rich and bracing! I enjoyed this and reccomend adding a little black tea or cocoa nibs to this.

I love this iced! Super flavorful! Perfect blend of fresh and sweet

This is a nice tissue, but not one of my favorites. I don't get a lot of 'wine' flavor from it. Just sort of mellow berries.

★★★★★

Elderberry wine is a smooth blend of flavors but I would still choose my sour apple or key lime or dewy cherry over this particular blend and yet I like the complications of it.

Every Adagio tea is good, some are just better. Pleasant enough with a not too overpowering fusion of fruit flavor. This tea would be good with a splash of rum

Tasty and healthy with an enjoyable fragrance. I've always wanted to try elderberry and now I'm glad I did. Very light flavor to me so I oversteeped it to give it a richer slightly tart flavor.

I forget that elderberries are more of a bitter berry, but getting past that, not a bad tea at all. I think I prefer it with some honey and milk!

Adagio has awesome herbal teas. This one is good but could be improved.

Really nice flavors in this tea. I got it to drink iced and lightly sweetened with my kiddos. After making a nice strong batch in my tea maker and pouring it over ice, I'm still able to reuse the tea leaves 2 more times to make a subtly flavored water- very refreshing!

This one was okay, wasn t too impressed with it hot though, going to try it iced and see if that changes how I feel about it.

It actually does kind of remind me vaguely of a merlot or medium-sweet red blend. The lemongrass and rosehips keep it from being too 'jammy', and the natural sweetness level was perfect w/o added sugar.

I really didn't like it, but it's not the tea's fault. I thought I'd like it based on what's in it, but no such luck. I had my boyfriend try a sip and he said it tastes like non-alcoholic wine, and that it's appropriately named. I'm not a fan of most wines, so really it's just a matter of my own tastes.

★★★★★

Very fruity flavor. Delicious tea. Relaxing to drink before bed.

I had big expectations for this tea, but it was disappointing. I found it bitter and lacking the fruitiness I wanted.

Excellent. It has a sweet, summery feel to it. It's mildly tart, and works amazing iced.

Oh my gosh ! I love this tea! It is so fruity and bold but not overpowering! I mix it with berry cream compote.

Lovely tea with great flavor! I agree with other reviewers, it does have a bit of a dry flavor similar to a wine.

Update: I cold brewed this and had it iced, even better!! I added a touch of agave syrup to add a little sweetness and it was perfect for a hot summer day!

A very interesting tea both warm and cold! It even does decently with milk, which I was surprised by since it's so fruit heavy.

Could almost taste the wine. In fact, some nights I put a ounce of red wine into the cup to give it a little kick.

This is the first Adagio tea that I do not like at all. Very herby, kind of bitter. Can't taste any berries, no elderberry. Not reminiscent of a wine. It sort of tastes like dill, maybe? Can't put my finger on it, but there is a strong herbal scent and taste that overpowers anything else. Not refreshing, not flavorful, just not good at all to me.

I think this one will be a lot better iced. I did enjoy it, but it was a little understated as far as flavor goes, for my taste, though I do find that when a tea tastes bland-ish to me while hot, it tends to really hit the spot for me when cold-brewed overnight and I'm confident this tea will, too.

This one just want my cup of tea.. I personally didn’t like the flavor. But my husband enjoyed it.

This one did not hit the spot for me. It's overly tangy and I do not get the wine flavor at all

Wow! This tea is spectacular. Lots of lovely flavor but not too robust for an everyday, anytime tea.

This would be a great tea to try as a type of sangria - I can see having it cold with fruit added to it, maybe with a little fizz as well. On its own, though, it wasn't quite as sweet as I would normally enjoy.

★★★☆☆

It wasn't the mot flavorful tea and something in the taste reminded me of sweet pickle relish. Not bad, just not for me

★★★☆☆

I should have read more closely — this blend has quite a lot of apple and hibiscus in it, which to me means that it tastes mostly... like apple and hibiscus. The other flavors got a bit lost.

This unique tea is perfect when I want a glass of wine, but I don’t want alcohol. It’s the perfect substitute!

The echinacea in this one gives it a “dill” taste. This coupled with the tartness of the elderberries reminds me of dill pickles. It’s not exactly something I look for in a tea. It’s weird, Not a huge fan.

★★★★★

I add Elderberry tea to every pitcher I make to take advantage of it's benefits to my immune system. This is the perfect tea to blend with other flavors!
