★★★★☆

this tea is delicious and soothing, and is a really nice blend - the chamomile flavor is not too overpowering, which I appreciate as I do not love it as the main flavor in a tea.

I love the taste of this tea. Gets the job done without tasting too medicine-y (if you ve had some other herbal teas, you know). @adagioteas

Good one but not as good as the lavender lemon I found after this one. Always looking for good night time teas

Lovely flavor, I enjoy it any time of day but it's a top favorite for right before bed.

The valerian root I think is what makes this a little sour, but I don't mind that at all. And it really does help me get to sleep!

Not my favorite evening-time tea, but still pretty good. Not sure if it helps me sleep better, but I enjoy the routine!

This is as if Celestial Seasoning's Sleepytime grew up and became a successful and financially stable adult - Minty, floral, herbal, there's so many things going on, but it all works together perfectly, and is oh so relaxing. I prefer this tea unsweet right before bed. Sweet dreams!

I expect this tea to be just as effective as the slumbering sloth to be. At least i hope it is. @adagioteas

This is an quite a good tea in my opinion and it does the trick of making me sleepy at night. I need to add sweetener to it for my liking which is a shame but the rock sugar does a great job at giving it the most pleasing taste.

Drinking this tea at night has helped me sleep. The heavier flavor of the Valerian Root took a bit to get used to, but it is not overpowering.

I am still trying to decide if this is going to be my go-to evening tea or not. It is a solid contender as it isn't overly sweet or powerful. If you like lavender and chamomile then this will be a hit for sure I think I was hoping for a little bit more of a pop of the spearmint but I am not finding it. But it is a nice tea to sip while doing some evening work or winding down for bed. It is also nicely flavored once cooled...if you are like me and sometimes forget it is on the bedside table.

A little strong on the flavor for me, but it is good! Not something I would want to have every day, but when I’m in the mood it hits the spot!

Smooth and calming. A nice way to end a day. I put a bit of honey in the tea. It helped settle my stomach.

Absolutely 5 stars! I have all I can do to finish my cup! It’s such a soothing drink after a busy day when you just want to wind down.

A nice, light blend of all the things to help you sleep. The only problem is... The flowers are so tiny they escape all but the tea bags, leaving you chewing your tea if you use any kind of diffuser. I bought this tea for my husband to try to help him sleep, but after that first cup he refuses to touch it unless we get it in tea bags. Otherwise, it has a nice mouth-feel, a relaxing aroma, and with a bit of honey makes for a good cuppa before bed.

This tastes great as a hot bedtime tea, and does exactly as promised. I have to get into bed soon after finishing my cup, or I'll fall asleep sitting up!

I am guessing that it’s the valerian that has an overwhelming and strange flavor. I tried steeping it for less time and it did not help. Not for me, but it did work to help me get sleepy! I’d say give a sample size a try and see how you like it. @adagioteas

It works to put me to sleep. It tastes a bit weird, but it's tolerable if I can't sleep

I forgot that valerian root has such an acrid flavor, but even so, they've made it as pleasant as a valerian tea can be.

I agree with others on this one - too prominent a Chamomile taste, and also too much mint for my liking also. Tried becuse I already use Valerian to help me sleep, but alas, i didn't like it.

★★★☆☆

While it did relax me and helped me get to sleep quickly, the taste was too medicinal for me. Definitely tastes better hot than cold. I’ll stick with favorites Slumbering Sloth or Long Rest for bedtime tea!
