I think the tins are a good idea for keeping your tea fresh. On the down side I think it is expensive when in fact I used to get the tins free with the tea I ordered.

I really like how the tops are see through so you can see the leaves. However, I wish they came with labels you can change so you don't have to write on the tin. Also, I think the tins themselves could be a little more interesting looking. The color palate/pattern/design is a little boring if you ask me.
Just the right size to hold 3 oz. Seems to seal well and is easier to use and store in my cabinet than the bags.
Very convenient! Way better than bags or other tins. I like the fact that you can see inside (my other tins from other companies don't have that).
And at only $3 each, it's a great deal because you will use them over and over and over again.
I miss getting the tea in the tins automatically. I don't like the baggies the tea comes in now. So the tins are and essential to keep the tea fresh and flavorful.

Hold a decent amount of tea. I love that you can see the tea, and the hinge is easy to open, and makes a nice tight seal.

I loved these little tins. I have tins from other tea companies but the lids always fall off. These lids are secure and you can see which tea is inside.
These tins are perfect for storing most of the 'medium' size tea packages (3-4 oz). But I had to dock one point for the fact that they used to package all their teas in tins at no additional cost. They also don't stack on top of each other very well. You can do it, but it doesn't make a very steady tower.
Had to buy the tins since they don't come with the teas anymore. I find it is much easier to store and use the tea when it is in the tin instead of the bags. I can't seem to get the bags sealed tightly. Just prefer the tins over the bags.
These tins are perfect for storing the teas. The ziplock packaging that they are shipped in isn't user friendly. The tins keep the team fresher longer and they stack very nice.

Years ago, all of Adagio's teas came in tins very similar to this. These are very familiar, great for storing and dispensing tea, and nicely constructed.
I really love these tins, and I am very disappointed that they stopped selling tea in them. I would love to see an option of buying the tea in a tin or a pouch.
The tin keep my teas from being crushed. I prefer the whole leaf and not tea grounds. The tins are a huge plus, worth every cent!

I really, really love these tins. I have some of the old green ones that were gifted to me from long, long ago, when they came for free with the tea. I honestly preferred the green, though the tins are still brilliant, and hold a fair amount of tea.
Perfect! I need another set, as they are great for my 3 oz package, after I have opened it and made a pot or two.
Their storage... nothing terribly special, though the UV protective lids are nice.
The Adagio tins are super for storing your teas. Easy to open, reach into, and store in a smaller cupboard. Our first experience was when the first batch of our tea came in tins - lovely/functional tins! Of course we needed to buy more as our tea variety increased!
Mostly, I'm annoyed that the tea doesn't come in these tins anymore.
The tins themselves are nice though. I like being able to see the tea, and they're easy to open first thing in the morning. :D
Adagio's tins are absolutely wonderful for storing tea. They look great, they open and close easily, they're easy to scoop out of, and so on. I can sympathise with people who wish they came for free with the tea, but I think Adagio's making the right decision here -- the tins are sturdy and reusable, so it's a waste to send them out with the tea.

The tins are a nice size for fitting on shelves. They do what they are supposed to do - keep tea fresh.
I love these tins. They are a perfect size, not too large or too small. The only suggestion I would make is to include removable labels with all the teas. That way they could be used on the tins or other containers as well. I do agree with other posters who would like these to be included for free rather than having to pay for them.
These tins are way better than the bags, but I really think Adagio shouldn't have stopped shipping tea in tins to begin with... The tins should come with the tea.

As many others have written, I am disappointed that the Adagio teas no longer come in the tins. That being said, these are still a great bargain. I used my points to purchase them in essence for free.
I love these tins, but like many others, I believe these should be the default packaging, with the option to select a refill pouch on an order.
I would like to see them just a *tad* more stackable. They stack now, but easily slip off each other. Something that helps them stay put might be nice.
Again, I feel these should be automatically part of packaging unless it is a refill.

These tins are superb! I bought them to take tea into work from our larger 16 oz bags at home, and they work great! Definitely easier spooning it out from the tins than from the 3 oz bags.

The tins are great. I can't remember if the original 'free' tins also contained UV blocking lids, but I'm glad they have them now. I'm a little disappointed that these canisters are no longer free, but at least now there's a choice. I know of some folks who preferred not to get their teas shipped in the original free tins and just threw them out or recycled them anyway. It's a change but not a terrible one.

I love these tins. They are the perfect size, are very sturdy, and have a clear UV protectant lid which allows you to see the yummy tea leaves.

These tins are ok. They hold an 8 oz. bag easily. They use to be the packaging that the tea was sent in though. Oh, and I didn't see an option to buy the larger tins that I got with a previous purchase... what happened to those?
