What is the required voltage? Might this work in the UK just with a plug adapter, or would a voltage converter/transformer be required as well? Congrats on the relaunch, btw!

Hello! A voltage converter is required for any location whose voltage differs from this machine’s default setting of 110 volts.

Thanks for the reply, Adagio. Might you be able to share the full electric specifications (ie. including watts and hertz)? It should be written on the device or plug. I want to make sure I buy the right converter and don't blow up the Teaforia! Thanks.

Hello Daniel! The amount of water dispensed cannot be changed. We recommend using between 3-5g of tea for a flavorful infusion.

Does the Teforia machine update itself over WiFi, or do the updates to the machine come through the app? As it's an IoT device, naturally I want to keep it patched and not part of a botnet!

Hello! If connected to Wifi, the machine connects every 24 hours to Teforia Cloud to check for firmware & tea updates that are then automatically installed.
