I understand the spoon is equal to 1 teaspoon, would that mean that it equates to 5.69 grams? If not, I would like to know the actual grams that it holds, please and thank you

Hello Claudia! A tsp is a volume measurement, while grams is a weight. It depends on the tea how much a teaspoon is. We recommend 3g of tea per 8oz of water, which averages to 1 tsp.
