This paired with the utiliTea kettle is perfect. With this pot you can brew great tea in no time. I especially like it because I have recently started drinking green tea and it lets the leaves unfurl. It is perfectly portioned for a nice large mug of tea for one, or 1 tea cup for 2. I like the simplicity of clean up and its portability. A must buy for tea lovers on the go.
Works great if you are using it for 1 serving. If you try to split the tea into 2 cups, 1 cup will be a lot stronger. You can try swishing it around before pouring, but like I said, it works great for a single serving.
Genius! May be plastic and it may not be as pretty as some but this teapot rocks for travel and convenience!!

The original filter that came with my ingenuiTEA pot floated up all the time but not this new one. It's great. It did take some work to get it in the first time.

Just what I expected, it works excellently in my office environment, but I wouldn't use it at home.
The new infusers fit more tightly into the IngenuiTEA than did the old ones- no more infusers coming loose and floating around in my tea. WOO!

This is definitely the best tea steeping device that I've come upon thus far - steeps very evenly and doesn't let any bits through.
I absolutely love the IngenuiTea steeper. It turns a lot of heads and gets some strange looks at the office, but it is totally worth it.
I had purchased a similar steeper from Teavana before owning the Adagio steeper. The Teavana one was not only of a lower quality, but was impossible to clean. The Adagio IngenuiTea steeper, on the other hand, has a removable filter which allows me to clean in that little area between the filter and the steeper. The Teavana steeper, which lacked the removable filter, got seriously disgusting - like chunks of debris floating in the tea disgusting. After about 6 months of daily use, I had to throw it out.
My Adagio IngenuiTea steeper is still clean and working everyday and it is 7 months old. I just ordered some replacement filters to extend its life. At first, I thought they were too large to fit - but Adagio customer service informed me of how to fit them. First, soak the steeper in hot water. Then, fit the replacement filter in using a circular motion. The new filters are a tight fit, but at least they wont come loose as some users have reported.
A very wise item to have on here... I had a press that I lost once because I forgot to clean it out before a long weekend away at a conference and the filter was not salvageable. I've been extremely careful since... nevertheless I'm glad that I have a spare just in case.

This is my favorite thing to use to make tea. I need another one for work! it is super easy and there aren't any bags to throw away. I clean it out immediately after I use with water and then put it in the dishwasher once a week. it is a must have for loose tea drinkers!!
Very nice and works perfect evey time. Just one thing I do not like about it is howhard it is to clean up. The leaves get stuck easy at the bottom. I am sure I will get the hang of it and find a faster way to clean it. Other than that it is wonderful and I think for an office and/or home it would be perfect. A must buy.
What can I say about the ingenuitea teapot? It's a must have. Get this and a couple tins of tea and you will be sucked into the world of tea too!

glad i have it... i use the infuser several times daily, and since i learned not to put it in the dishwasher (mine fell to the bottom and melted) i foresee it living a long, useful life.
This teapot is a true marvel of engineering! I want to go around the office and make tea for everyone just so I get to use it more. In fact, I might. Several others who have seen my IngenuiTEA have asked about it and are amazed as well. I'm sure Adagio will be receiving some sales from them before long.
I love my IngenuiTEA but I wish the base were made with a darker color plastic. It stains in no time and even bleach doesn't seem able to fully clean it.
Still, it works beautifully.

This excellent little contraption in a god send at work. It makes brewing the perfect cup a snap, and it's easy to clean with a little white vinigar and hot water.

I read a review that said it is best to buy these and keep them on hand. I didn't listen and then regretted it. I just bought 3 more as they do tend to take on old tea flavors after prolonged usage.
I'm not sure if my problem has been with the infuser or the cup itself, but I've been having issues getting the infuser to stay locked to the bottom of the ingenuiTEA. It fits well for the first few uses, but then it seems to losen up and float to the top from then on. When it works however, its great.
The replacement product worked great with my existing tea mug.
