I love this! It retains heat well and doesn't leak.

OH MYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY... I love this simple gadget! This is my second one, as I wore the first one out! lol You should have a STUPENDOUS button! This is the greatest way to make tea!!! It was so much fun watching the tea leaves unfurl while brewing, and the result was a clear crisp WONDERFUL cup of Earl Grey. Even with the basket infuser i had been using to brew tea, the leaves didn't have as much room to fully open... This is the only way to enjoy tea for me = )

UPDATE... I just received my third IngenuiTEA. I like to have two on hand, and the hinge on one broke from all the use they get. These things are GREAT!

I want to love this, but cleaning is nearly impossible because the bottom doesn't come off. It works well, but I don't use it often.

This steeper is great! I love that it’s more compact than some other ones I’ve had, and that it’s dishwasher safe so it’s easy clean up. My favorite teaware item, by far, along with the matcha strainer!

I quite literally use this every day, multiple times a day. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and I love seeing the tea brew through the plastic! Only downside is that the tea-staining is hard to clean after a while. Must have.

I bought this for my mother since her old Teavana one sadly broke.

She is very happy with this one. The part where the lid is attached is sturdier than the teavana one. (This is the part that usually broke the easiest.)
One negative thing to me is that you can't detach the filter at the bottom. Being able to remove it would make it easier to clean it. That's all.

Many years ago (well over 10 years ago) a friend gave me an IngenuiTEA individual teapot as a birthday present. It is one of the best gifts I ever received. It is perfect for steeping tea leaves and it makes dispensing the tea fairly mess proof - no spills whatsoever unless you put too much water in the pot. I quickly realized that if you added water up to the bottom letters you had a perfect amount. The teapot still functions perfectly after all this time. I decided recently to spread the 'joy' and 'usefulness' of this item and purchased 3 teapots for three friends birthdays (along with some sample tea leaves). Two of my friends have received the pots and love them. Hopefully, in June my third friend will like her gift too. Best gift ever!

I love this unique brewer and have used it daily for 6 years. It is easy to use and makes enough tea for a second cup.

Perfect cup of tea every time, super easy to clean and use! It also works well with blooming teas as they have room for the tea balls to open and you have a full view of the flower inside.

Super easy to use and clean, and it strains most big particles out. I’ve had some small particulate make it through with some finer teas but nothing that was too much of a bother. It’s just a tiny bit too small to fit over my biggest mug but it can still dispense into it if I just hold it up. Completely worth the money

This is the best teapot ever! It mixes the sugar and tea etc as it fills your cup! I love it!

I love love love this infuser. I had one years ago and it disappeared in my move across the country. Very glad to have it back. The strainer has the perfect size mesh where no particle fall through. I have never found a better tea strainer than this one. It is a must have if you love loose tea!

Love it! Easy to use and clean. The strainer is removable. Be careful when rinsing it out. Mine fell out a few times.

These are awesome. You need one. everyone needs one. I know you think those bags are enough...they aren't just get one. It totally expands your tea ritual.

The perfect mate when making tea. Allows your tea to really open and infuse. Great price too!

Love, Love this tea dispenser! No longer pouring tea from a cup, through a strainer, into another cup. I've been using for 2 weeks now and haven't any dripping. I use it every day usually 2x/day.

I love that I can brew a quick cup at anytime, the clean up is not my favorite. Wish the bottom popped out as well.

I love this! Make sure to clean right away so the sitting tea doesn’t make it harder to clean later.

Purchase for my granddaughter along with several teas. She’s happy to have it. I have a larger one that I have used for several years.

I love these things. This is my second one. At night, my husband and I enjoy drinking rooibos tea and this filter doesn t let the leaves seep through.

Had one of these a decade a go i threw out. don't know why i waited so long to get a new one.

wonderful little tool. My only suggestion is that it did not come with instructions and I had forgotten you only needed to set it on top of a cup. (doesn't leak prior to that). Instructions would be great for those of us w/short memories.

Perfect tea maker! I didn’t have to worry about floating tea leaves (there weren’t any!) Every bit of flavor came through. It is a plus that there was nothing breakable and it was so easy to rinse and use again.

I’ve had 4 of these over several years. Works great for my gunpowder tea and I use it daily. My only con is the lid wears out for use over time. Each of mine lasted about. a year with daily use before the lid hinge got loose. Doesn’t affect the function, just a bit aggravating. Still, I would recommend it highly and have given several as gifts.

This is a GAME CHANGER. I never could get into loose leaf teas until I purchased this, and now it's all I drink :) It's so easy to use, to clean, and to reuse. 10/10.

I treated this to myself for Christmas. I used to own a similar one from Teavana. I like this one so much better for 2 reasons: 1) it fits any cup except for extra wide brims, and 2) ounces are labeled on one side - 4 oz, 8 oz, and 12 oz.

Purchased for my mother-in-law. It would've been helpful if there had been instructions for use included. My husband had to explain (over the phone) how to use this. But we have one and find it extremely convenient.

This was the perfect Christmas gift for my husband...he has used it everyday with the Majestic Mint Tea.

I love this cup! Allows the loose tea to expand freely, stays hot and doesn't leak. Very cool! FYI-oesn't fit on very large cups.

I don’t know how I made tea without this! It is lightyears better than using a traditional strainer or a tuffy from another brand. While you can’t take it apart, cleaning it after you brew the tea seems to do the trick for me. I rinse all the tea debris out, give it a nice soapy scrub with a non abrasive scrubber and push the bottom in to allow the soapy water to run through the bottom. Let air dry upside down and it’s ready for it’s next use.

This is my favorite tea pot. So simple to use and clean.

I will not purchase this version of the tea strainer again. The faulty design lets tea get caught in the draining hole from the cup, causing it to leak until the caught tea is removed. Instead of this model, I recommend the versions that have a mesh strainer as the initial layer at the bottom of the cup. This mesh prevents tea leaves from getting caught in the drain.

I have bought several of these over the years, don't brew my tea any other way!

Great cup for all your loose leaf tea! Easy to use and to clean!

Love this design! You can tell a consumer was in their minds when they designed this cup. The lid has just enough tension (not too floppy and flimsy and not too solid), the handle has grooves for your fingers and it's very easy to clean.

This makes using loose tea a no brainier. I have gifted this to several friends. My favorite new kitchen item.
