Love this infuser. Easy to use and clean haven't found a mug yet it doesn't hit on

UPDATE 12/4:
So I found that is DOES actually come apart, there are 5 pieces total, and it's super easy to clean and put back together! So glad I figured this out, as I loved this strainer, and was disappointed when it started to clog up, but it's working like new again now!

Works great! I've had one for years, and sadly left it during my latest move, and had to hurry and buy a new one. I'm very happy with this one, and getting to enjoy my loose leaf teas again!

Update 11/12:
I still love it, but noticed that shortly after I had been using it for just a few weeks that it no longer drains fully, and I have to remember to wiggle it a bit before removing it from my cuo to get the last of the tea to drain.

I've seen others mention this problem chocking it up to small particles trapped in the drain, but so far I've not found a way to fix this, and since I just got mine two weeks ago, I'm kind of bummed it is already having issues with this.

Perfect little personal tea maker. I can use it at home or work.

I watch a lot of Britbox and Acorn. Seems like whenever someone needs comforting on those shows, their mother/sister/friend/neighbor/SO serves them a cup of hot tea. I decided to try it - and it works! Sipping on a little honeybush hazelnut calms a harried soul. All of that made so much easier with the ingenious IngenuiTEA. I'd have been a lot more chill a whole lot earlier if I'd discovered this handy dandy tool years ago.

Love that I can use this and make home brewed teas at home.

An easy and neat way to brew a pot of loose leaves. The fine mesh filter keeps out even the smallest particles.

I prefer a modified gong fu style method: 1 Tablespoons leaves/8 oz water, quickly rinsed, and brewed for 20-40 seconds, with second and third steepings of 30-50 seconds. The IngenuiTEA is a convenient way to brew and then keep the leaves between steepings.

I mean come on, this is a no-brainer. I purchased my first IngenuiTEA about a decade ago, and it was on its last legs, being held together with tape. I bought myself another one after moving this year, and it s literally all I need besides the kettle and the actual tea leaves.

This is so cool. The way it brews and dispenses the tea is awesome. Our new pot seems easier to clean and much sturdier than our first pot which stained terribly and seemed shakey in its construction.

I have had a few similar tea makers and this is definitely on the upper end. Unlike some others, I have had no issues with this one leaking. I also really like the side has measurements on it since I have a variety of tea mug sizes.

This is the best portable tea maker! It is one piece and works with any size mugl I have ordered this maker 3 times. 2 for me (I wore one out but i used it for a lot of years) and one for my nephew who is exploring tea during this pandemic. He loved it and the tea from you that i sent him. May be a new customer.

I LOVE THIS THING. My friend recommended it which got me hooked on Adagio to begin with. I'm a very lazy person so this is perfect because all I have to do is boil water and pour it in. Super easy to clean, super easy to use. I love it so much!!!

This makes making tea so simple! I just wish it was easier to clean. I can't seem to be able to clean right under the filter.

This is the best. I had one that lasted (10?) years, but finally a bit of the plastic inner ring broke and I need to buy a replacement. It's a very nice way to brew 2 cups of tea at a time.

It works great, i just wish i would have bought the second version instead so i could buy the replacement filters

I got one of these in 2012, and believe it or not, it's still held up! Figured it was finally time for a new one (not gonna lie, I'd left some old leaves in the old one more than once, and the patina was horrifying). Really pleased to discover the design is more or less unchanged -- some slight changes to the shape, and the addition of graduated ounce markings on the side, which was honestly my biggest critique of the old kettle (that and mine had begun to leak slightly post-steeping, which this one happily does not do!). Still the best way I've found to brew a cuppa -- you can easily see when steeping is completed, there's no grit in the cup when you're done, and the leaves have plenty of room to stretch, leading to a wonderfully flavorful cup every time. Thanks Adagio!

This is my 3rd IngenuiTEA teapot (in 20 years, so they last a long time!). I use is multiple times every day - - SO convenient to make loose tea with this teapot! The design has changed a bit - it's now more like the original (German) design, which IMO was a bit more sturdy. (The difference is some parts are now made of metal like my first IngenuiTEA; the other one had more plastic parts.) It no longer comes with a little saucer to stand it on, so I'm glad I kept my old one even though it's stained & scratched - - not a big deal, but maybe Adagio could sell the saucers separately for a few $$? I thought the saucer was a nice touch.

This thing is GENIUS! After getting it we use it every day to make our teas. It's so easy to use, easy to steep and makes wonderful tea. The strainer is small enough to work even with rooibos, which often has small pieces. It also washes easily. Every tea drinker NEEDS one!!

I had an old ingenuitea that I got as a gift that I figured I needed to replace. The new one has a lot of improvements, including a nicer strainer and the plastic is much more solid. I love brewing my tea in it and then using it to pour over a cup of ice to make quick iced tea.

This replaces my first one makes tea making easy highly recommend my husband wants one too Christmas is almost here makes a great gift to anyone who loves tea

This is simple but it works great! Put tea in the container. Steep according to directions. Place in top of your cup and voila!

Love this convenient tea brewer! I am disappointed that it no longer comes with a drip tray. Filters even the smallest particles and is super easy for my children to use.

I have been using this product for at least 15 years. Have actually gone through several in that time. It's perfect. Makes a large mug. Never have an issue with tea leaves in the tea!!

My husband and I are big fans of the IngenuiTEA. We wore one out years ago and had to buy a new one after months of frustration with strainers and infusers. Makes it so much easier to brew our mugs of tea.

Great teamaker. I gave it a 4 because the base is small for some of my larger mugs, but I love the water measurement indicators on the side.

My new favorite way to brew tea. Using the ingenuiTEA allows tea leaves to expand fully giving better flavor to the tea.

It makes it so easy and it fits on most of my mugs, even when it doesn’t you just have to put it on the side and it works :)

Works so well. Having this makes me drink more tea because it is so easy to use unlike refillable bags or strainers that feel messy to me.

I love this little gadget! It makes the perfect cup of tea, and the fine mesh at the bottom ensures pesky little tea granules don't get through!
