This is the best infuser I have ever used. You have more room for the tea leaves to spread out thus giving you the perfect cup. Buy this thing today you will not regret it.

Works great...everyone at work thinks it's the neatest thing. I take it with me on trips as well.

As I venture into proper loose leaf teas I needed a brewing mechanism and determined those mesh balls and similar devices wouldn't suffice. Deciding between the steel infuser or the ingenuiTEA was tough, but I am glad I went with the latter as I can view the beauty of tea brewing and dispensing is much easier. Cleaning is a breeze, too, but I knocked a star as it may be difficult to clean finer particles and oils from the mesh filter. This tea maker is also perfect for re-steeping as there is no dripping and it has a lid.

Update after 4 months of use: This infuser is still working very well. Oil build up got a bit extreme after two months but an overnight soak in oxyclean made this as clean as the day it was opened! This teapot is made with quality plastics, too, as mine had been pushed off a table and the lid popped off. I had thought it broke but there are no cracks and the hinge popped right back into place to continue working perfectly. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants an easy brewing method as it is sturdy, works well, looks lovely, and is surprisingly easy to clean.

I love this infuser! Since I've purchased this infuser, I have yet to go back to my simple ball ones. This is definitely a great purchase!

I ordered one, used it once and went to order two more. This cup is a design of genius. I strongly recommend ingenuiTEA to all tea lovers. Watching the tea brewing is very entertaining and enhances the whole tea drinking experience.

Everyone in my family already has one, even my family back in Europe.

Previously my biggest issue with loose leaf tea was figuring out a way to make it with less set up or clean up (aka quicker). I've use the tea ball (not a fan), unbleached tea bags (not a fan) and this is by far the easier way to make and clean up loose leaf tea. I wish I bought it earlier.

This little device is amazing!I just wish I'd gotten a bigger size. I generally use it more for herbal teas that I want to brew a bit longer.

I found it hard to get the tea leaves out and clean it. It does make a good cup of tea though.

This is a marvelous invention. I wish it fit my favorite handmade tea mug, but the mug's rim's diameter is just a bit too large for it. I'd've given it the full five stars otherwise.

Best. Accessory. Ever. I get so many amazed stares and comments whenever I use this-- truly, the design is simple but ingenious, and is nearly impossible to botch and make a mess. That doesn't mean you can't, though, so be sure you always set it down on a level surface...

Love this product! It's my 2nd one only because one of the little legs accidentally broke off but I absolutely love this!

My favorite way to brew tea. I bought a new one because I dropped my first one and one of the little feet broke off. The only complaint I have is that it gets tea-stained and I can't get it clear again. Update - I used dish washer detergent and boiling water in order to try to remove the tea stains. It removed the stain, but left the plastic cloudy. Not sure if that is an improvement over the stains or not.

I love this cup - I use it everyday. I highly recommend it. A great cup of tea in 5 minutes and no tea bags burning my fingers.

I Love it. It really keeps all the particles of tea out of my cup and it is very easy to clean.

I have had my cup for 5 years. I love the ability to brew loose tea without the mess. This is a great product. I am ordering a new one only because I need to replace my filter.

This is so easy to clean and get the tea leaves out of. My husband tends to lead them in there for a day or two and they will still wash out easily.

I bought this because my oolong wasn't totally unfurling in my large size Finum basket. I love it! Very convenient and easier to clean rooibos out of than what I had been using.

This is the BEST idea ever! Brew your loose leaf tea in this AND catch the leaves, without needing any added filters. After brewing, I use the tea leaves around my plants as fertilizer.

I love this so much, it does get quite stained, but it's so worth it. I've never gotten to enjoy loose leaf tea without any bits in it before this. I honestly would not drink as much loose leaf without this wonderful invention.

nice holds a good amount so you get a great cup. strains the tea well.

Ordered this as a gift for my sister, the only other one to compare it to is the tevanna model. My sister said she loves this one better!

This cup is totally a game changer for enjoying looseleaf tea. It really does make it easy. My only suggestions are to include a brief instruction page with the cup and it would be awesome too if you could put a line showing where 8 oz is.

Works beautifully. I only wish it was easier to dismantle to clean.

I bought this to replace my old similar brewer (which was another brand) after I dropped and broke it. This is a convenient and efficient way to brew all your teas and tisanes. Also fun: add an extra ingredient like lemongrass to a teabag in the brewer and make a custom cup.

I use this as I am a nurse in an ER and having open containers are not such a good idea. Having an enclosed container such as this works wonders as I don't have to open it to pour tea. Extremely practical.

These are awesome! I love brewing tea in these and they are easy to use and clean. Much better than the little mesh tea infusers.

Has become my favorite way of making tea! So easy to use and clean. It is also nice to watch the tea leaves mix. The best thing is it works on all different cups.

I like this a lot! I have never used loose leaf tea before this week and this has made the transition pretty painless. Only complaint I have is that it comes with no information on how it works, how much tea to use, how to clean it, etc. so you kind of have to figure it out yourself. Luckily it's quick to get the hang of and I think anyone could figure it out. :) Glad I bought this!

Love this thing! Lid pops right off for easy cleaning! Fills up my 16oz travel mug perfectly!

Worth the praise it's received. Perfect amount for one large cup, or two smaller cups. I especially love that I can just keep the leaves in the pot when I'm done, and it's all ready for a second brewing - no hassling with pulling out baskets and finding a place to set them.

Is very creative. I like using it alot. is easy to make tea with.

I've now had this for two and a half years, and use it at least once a day. It is fantastic and still works great. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean.
One word of warning, they aren't so great when you don't have access to a garbage disposal (like at my office), as the best way to get the tea leaves out is to rinse it out in the sink. Kind of a pain when you can just wash the tea leaves down the drain.

I bought this to keep in my office at work. It works great and is really easy to use. You will not be disappointed with this.
