Works very well, cleans up quite easy and my last one i think i got about 5 years out of and just brought it to work to use it here (got a new one). Works so well never any tea floaties!

The fine mesh is perfect for the finer particles in the tea. I absolutely love making a cup now with such easy clean up.

This is such a convenient little thing -- very much a 'no fuss, no muss' product. It doesn't seem to be leaky, it works with plenty of cups/mugs, it does away with a need for paper filters, it gives a nice amount of room for the leaves to unfurl, and the mesh is good at preventing a cup full of particles, even when it comes to finer-sized varieties like rooibos. It would be nice if this came in a glass variety rather than just plastic, but that's a fairly small gripe given the product's positives.

Wow!! Sometimes ya just don't know what ya don't know! Tea...if you could have seen me at 6 AM trying to boil water in a saucepan, then pouring it into a cup with Adagio's fabulous loose tea...Cold and Flu Brew for my sick husband...spilling hot water all over the counter ... Putting a plate over the cup to steep my concoction... Then.. Straining out the loose tea in a large kitchen strainer, again spilling all over the counter...then daubing the tiny loose tea particles from the cup for the final presentation to my sick husband... Oh Brother. I was instructed by a good friend to purchase IngenuiTEA!! No fuss, no muss, Beautiful to watch, Easy to use - Easy to clean! I love it...Now, to get onefor myself!!

This is the great thing that has happened in my my tea life. I feel I get the full flavor that any tea has to offer using my ingenuiTEA. I've been buying them as gifts for all of my tea drinking friends so they can see what their life has been missing. I love that it can dispense into any sized container as well.

I've got two of these devices running at the same time, one with black tea for the morning, and one for green tea with lunch. It's the best device I've tried to keep the little floaty bits out of your tea.

This makes it so easy to brew tea, especially when steeping the same leaves many times. There's no mess and no effort besides measuring the leaves.

This is the best product ever. It lives at work with me and I use it almost every day. So easy and an amazing value.

I love this so much I bought a second one! It is the best loose tea brewer I have ever used, it is easy to use and I never have debris from the tea in my cup!

Arrived last night, used it first thing this morning and LOVE it!!! So easy to use with the loose tea, like everyone else says. No more ball and the mess that comes with that. Made a full 16 oz cup of tea without any problems. Put the sugar in with the loose tea and came out perfectly on my big 16 oz cup. Cleaning was really easy as well, while the tea is still wet, simply put a little water in the teapot, swirled it around and poured out the used tea leaves, had to do it twice, but no problem at all. Don't need a garbage disposal, just put into the trash (as you would with a tea bag)

The last one I had was bigger - allowed for two full mugs of tea. This one only does a little more than one mug. It gives great flavor.

I love using my ingenuiTEA with my glass mug, though it works amazingly well with any and all of my mugs and tea cups! I have even found it is perfect for making a perfect mason jar iced tea since my mason jar mugs hold two cups worth of liquid and so does the ingenuiTEA so I measure out my leaves fill the water set the timer put ice in the mug and when ready set the ingenuiTEA on top and it pours the brewed tea on to the ice!! Yummy now any of my teas can be tried as hot or iced teas!

Ingenuiteas are simply genius. I've been drinking so much more tea because it's so easy to make with this.

Love this product! It allows the tea leaves to spread out and makes a perfect cup of tea within minutes. I like that it is still very hot when I go to drink.

The best there is when using lose tea. I have it in two sizes

Oh how I love this cup. I can brew one cup and not waste paper and it's easy to use and easy to clean and I could go on and on. Buy this right now if you are a solo drinker in your family. Buy two if you have more than one tea drinker. Just buy it.

I purchased this for my daughter to take to college. It is small and easy to take along with you. I am going to get another one for our camper.

This is a wonderful, simple device that allows for the easy brewing of loose teas which, in my opinion. Are much better than tea bags!

Strains well, good size, easy clean up, doesn't lose heat too quickly, doesn't dribble profusely - easy tea.

This is our second one. Having such a fun time trying new teas. Had to get a second infuser so we didn't have to wait for each other.

I really like this for home use. It's less time consuming than using a tea filter and I don't have to deal with the tea bag once it's done steeping. It saves my fingers a lot of pain.

I don't have a dishwasher so getting all the loose tea leaves out after use is a pain and I always make a mess of the sink doing it. But if you rinse it out right after use it's not hard to get the leaves out. I imagine if I were to let it sit it would be much harder to clean once everything has dried.

In conclusion, I really enjoy it. I like that I can see into it because I'm not the kind of person that uses timers. It's definitely cool throwing some rock sugar in there so that it goes into the cup just as sweet as I like it. I definitely recommend it.

If you don't own one of these, then you aren't living right. This was like a total game changer for me when it comes to brewing tea. I don't even know how it does it but it makes every cup taste like magic. Get one.

I bought this for a fellow tea friend and she absolutely loves it. Now I want to get another for myself.

The ingenuiTEA is amazing. The mesh keeps even the smallest chunks of your tea from ending up in your glass. My one small complaint is that the size of the bottom prevents compatibility with larger diameter mugs. Other than that, I've been nothing short of amazed by this wonderful piece of tea technology.

This is the third ingenuiTEA I've purchased. I really like it but in the past cleaning it has been a challenge. Part of the problem, I've come to realize, is that we have incredibly hard water here, which causes the tea oil to adhere to the inside of the device, staining the sides and clogging the screen. With this new ingenuiTEA, I have been more diligent about using distilled water when making my tea, and wiping it out after each use, even though I can't see any tea oil residue. I'm hoping this one with stay pristine longer.

This is by far the best way to brew tea. There is plenty of room for the tea to happily float around and do what it is supposed to do. The clear infuser allows you to see the fluid level so you never brew too much to fit in your cup. I wish the lid was not attached to the body but just sat on top. It would be easier to empty and clean. I would definitely purchase again and have recommended it to my tea drinking friends.

I can not live with out this. I use it at least 4 times a day or more.

Can't clean as completely as need to AND does not fit over larger mgs

The new version is great. No complaints. Like the fixed filter.

Love this little thing. Wish adagio would make a replacement filter instead of having to purchase the whole thing.

Very easy to use and clean! The best part about this is that it seems this is a great way to introduce yourself to a better tea experience (assuming you are used to tea bags like myself). If you want to try loose leaf tea, this is definitely something to get!

Makes making a cup of tea very easy with no tea leaves in my cup. Very easy to clean.
