how fine is the grind?

You can adjust the grind from very coarse to extremely fine using the adjustment knob inside the grinder. You can get a fine powder on the tightest setting.

Would the gritTEA grinder work on dried rosemary? I can't get it fine enough with my mortar and pestle.

You may try it - just know that herbs such as rosemary may exude some of their oils when ground.

Hello Rachelle! Like any other a salt/pepper/spice grinder, the gritTEA has a gage in the center that you can tighten and loosen to adjust the grind to your preference.
