works so well...i love it! it reminds me of the Brita but smaller and easier to use

I'm not sure what the point of the timer is. I haven't been able to figure it out. Otherwise, it works and works reasonably quickly.

This works out perfectly. Just enough to fill my VelociTea tea maker. One star missing because of a part missing when shipped. It's on order though and doesn't interfere with the functioning.

I love this water pitcher. I use this to make great tea. It is easy and convenient to fill also. You do not have to take the lid off every time to fill. The lid has a covered plastic area on the lid. You just put the pitcher under the sink & fill it up by using that opening. It will open enough for the water to flow through & then cover the opening again. The pitcher has a fast flow rate.

I really like the size of this! It fits nicely in our office mini fridge!

These are so easy to use. I can already tell a difference in the flavor of my tea when I put it in my kettle. I also use it in my icemaker for ice tea it’s great.

I can finally stop suffering through my hard city water! I am definitely happy and now actually drink more water like I should.

Love it works great. Better tasting water than bottled

My wife and I liked using bottled water to make our tea to avoid limescale build up in our kettle that comes from our tap water, but we were getting tired of hauling large water bottles from the grocery store. We saw the GraviTEA pitcher on sale, and decided to give it a try. We're glad we did! The GraviTEA filter/pitcher does a great job of filtering the lime out of our tap water and has kept our kettle spot-less. Now we can enjoy our tea anytime without lugging heavy water bottles from the store.

It's a water filter and it works! It filters water!

I live in rural WV, as another reviewer does. In general, one does not drink the tap water here. At best, it's chlorinated enough to give you heartburn, and at worst it's the color of the liquid used to make the Philosopher's Stone, a rusty red that smells of iron and tastes even worse.

So understand that when I bought a pair of these, I didn't expect much.

The first time I took a sip of the water from a GraviTEA, I was... perplexed. It wasn't as good as bottled water, no, but it was certainly drinkable. No chlorine. No anything, really- just water. And as small an accomplishment as that seems, it's huge for us! We've just been drinking filtered tapwater ever since I put these together. The dogs get filtered tapwater. Filtered tapwater for everyone! I am kind of obsessed with this thing because it just works, and it works quickly.

The only downside is that thanks to the heavy use (and the general hardness of our water,) I have already burned through the filters that came with my two GraviTEAs. But that's okay. Even replacing them every month, it's still cheaper than bottled water by a long shot.

I came to Adagio for the tea, but of all the teas I've tried, this might still be the best thing I've brought home.

The digital indicator was already broken when I took the pitcher out of the box, but it still filters water just fine.

Love this it came at the perfect time as it saves on less bottled water purchase.

Hope they don't change the filter so you have to buy another pitcher :-( but it works and does the job. I was paying too much for bottled water.

Lid didn't fit on the pitcher, and as a result does not pour properly. Update: customer service reached out to me to replace the lid, even though it was after the time allowed to return. Now it works perfectly!

I bought this in an order on a lark, so I wouldn't have to keep refilling water bottles with filtered water for my morning tea. It's been great, and it filters super quick (much, MUCH quicker than any Brita or other filter device I've used in the past). We have really hard water with a chlorinated tang where I'm at, and this does a fantastic job of getting rid of that. I use it for everything when I need room temperature water, like making pasta, soup, and of course, tea. The only thing that I couldn't get to work on it was the filter replacement indicator... but that's not a deal breaker for me. The utility of this filter more than makes up for that.

This filter processes the water very quickly! It is not a big deal if I let the water run too low or forget to fill it! My water and tea also taste much better since using this!

It’s perfect to keep in the fridge and keep a good supply of cold freshly filtered water.

Bought one of these when it was 50% off: best purchase I've made in a while! I have pretty hard, and bad tasting tap water in general: if I drink it directly, I start to get a scratchy feeling in my throat after a cup of plain tap water. Using an on-tap filter helped, but after a couple cups I'd still get that scratchy feeling. Using the on-tap filter, into this filter, and now I don't get that anymore. Bonus points, my water actually tastes great now, and I find myself drinking 3x-4x more water during the day, instead of reaching for something else like juice/soda for a quick thirst fix. The filters don't seem any more expensive than other replacement filter options, and it's WAY cheaper than buying bottled water.

One thing to watch out for, the shipping on these could use some work I think. The first one I got had a huge crack going all the way through where the handle joins the body: sent in a picture and they sent me a new one right away, no charge, so good points there. Second one has a slight crack on the bottom, but it doesn't go through/no leaks, so I figured I can live with it since it works. I would suggest you do a full inspection when it arrives, though, to make sure it doesn't have any damage. On the plus side, since they sent me a new one free, that means I have an 'extra' filter that came with the first broken one!

This has changed my water drinking game, not even just for tea. I used to drink so much bottled water a d now I haven't even bout any in ages

This is such a well made pitcher, nothing like my Brita filter. I noted the complaints about the digital reminder but bought it anyway. I haven't had any brand of water filter with a digital indicator that worked. The filter is so fast! I ended up buying two of these.

Bad tasting water results in a bad cup of tea...So, I have only used bottled for brewing tea. I am a water snob. Recently, I found myself quickly going through soooo many bottles of water, as I can easily drink ten cups of tea a day. When I saw this water filter pitcher on sale for half price, I decided to give it a go. And I am SO glad I did! To my surprise, I am really enjoying my GraviTea! It does an excellent job of removing the floaty bits and unpleasant taste of my tap water, leaving me with clean, clear, smooth, tasty water that brews a beautiful cup of tea. And it does it quickly, too! The pitcher is easy to use and easy to clean. I use it every day!

The filtered water from the tap tastes as good as bottled water! Will be able to save money and the planet (less plastic bottles)!

Wonderful product. It's so fast - absolutely no waiting while the water filters... yummy and pure but the best is how much it affects the taste of my tea. wow, I never actually expected it.

I like the GraviTEA a lot better than having something bulky on the spout in my sink. According to taste, however, I think I will change the filters at 45 days since I use the water for both tea and coffee as well as my pets. It's very simple to use although I did have a bit of trouble getting the lid off at the beginning. Just run the edges under warm water when you need to change the filter and it will pop right off.

The GraviiTEA works well and improves the taste of water used for Adagio teas.

Battery for timer didn’t work when we received it.

Really fast and makes the water taste a lot better. I'm shook.

I ordered this guy pre-pandemic lockdown, had nothing to do with my order. I was ordering because I wanted a pitcher profile for my water so I could carry it upstairs for my pets. It got here and had no battery in it. I contacted Adaigo CS and was told that they pushed these guys out without a battery (even knowing there was a flaw) and that my battery would ship WHEN I NEXT PURCHASED. Since I had made a big order then I wasn't in the space to get more stuff , or less and pay for the shipping of this battery. Anyways, I purchased some stuff for mom's day and this was in my cart from the last time I spoke with a rep. Got my shipment today and I still have NO BATTERY for this pitcher. I have a broken pitcher and six extra filters for a product I have no idea needs replacement or not. SO FRUSTRATED.

I have good well water, just very hard with lots of minerals. After filtering water when I first got this, I did an A/B test, filtered and non-filtered, and the taste difference was quite noticeable. It filters the water very quickly also.

Very economical purchase in comparison to the Brita pitcher and easy to use. Overall a great purchase and recommended. I was disappointed though that the Filter change indicator (to be shipped later-months later still not received) was not included in shipment.

The lid doesn't always like to close/pop back in right, but that my only complaint. It works really well as a water purifier.

So far seems to work as advertised. We like it better than the Brita it replaced.

I love this thing! I thought I had good tap water and I do, but this makes it much better. I m like actually drinking water now!

It would have been great if all the pieces had been included. There has been no lime build up since we started using the graviTEA

I love this pitcher! It’s easy, convenient, and the water is cold and delicious after passing through the filter. I use it several times a day. The digital counter for the filter is super-handy as well.

I seem to be missing the digital filter monitor that reminds you to replace the filter. The lid doesn’t fit right, and when I tried to force it, one of the plastic tabs broke off. I can still use it, but the quality of the lid is poor.

I love this pitcher. It does a fantastic job filtering even hard water! I like this one far better than other brands.

This is a life saver with things goin the way they are, saved me money on buying jug water.

I really like this purifier. It's easy to handle, it pours well, and it holds a lot of water. The filter works really well, better than my old Brita did. I could barely drink my tap water before, but with this, my tap water tastes close the the spring water I'd been purchasing.

Filters quickly and holds a good bit of water. Helps brewed tea to have a crisp flavor

Fills and filters quickly, does seem to do a good job of filtering the water for tastier tea and coffee.

Works great and the water tastes clean and fresh.

I love this pitcher thus far. The water does seem to taste better than the tap.
