I was getting a lot of calcite build up in my varieTEA tea pot so I thought I would try this. After using it for a couple of weeks I love it! Keeps my tea pot clean and I get a great cup of tea!

★★★★★

After several recommendations from the CommuniTea members, I purchased the GraviTea water filter. What a difference! It’s easy to fill, quick to filter, and makes my tea taste so much better! I also prepurchased the refills for the year.

I'm so happy I decided to buy this! It made a noticeable difference in my water and I don't know why I put off getting one for so long.

★★★★★

I love this and the best tea comes from this water. I filter my filtered water from my tap. Really clean tasting water and very good tea.

★★★★☆

This pitcher was a good value on sale and is comparable to other brands I've tried before.

★★★★★

So far this thing is great. I swear the water tastes better now and as a result, I'll have better tea. I look forward to having this for a long long time.

★★★★★

Love this pitcher. I use it every day and it makes my water taste great.

★★★★☆

Love how fast it filters! But wish the timer was easier to push to check how long the filter still has. Plus the timer isn't accurate to the filters (filters are 60 days and timer is 30 days)

★★★★★

Works exactly as described and works great...no more scale in our electric kettle!!

★★★★☆

Works very well however it's very difficult to get the lid on and off and comes with no instructions. I was a little afraid I would break it just trying to pop the lid on and off. An otherwise great product

★★★★★

I love how quickly this filters water and the water runs clean fast (after one draw of water it was already clear). I used to use Brita which even after three drains remains the slightest bit muddy when first using the filter. It also seems to be helping with preventing tea scum which is what I bought this for!

★★★★★

Not only is my well water hard, but I am on chemo. My water tasted terrible on the chemo drugs. Someone said to try a water filter. A few days later I was at my sister's and she had bought the GraviTEA and really liked it. I ordered it and am glad that I did. Most, if not all, of the funny taste is gone. So glad that I decided to buy your filter product.

★★★★★

Love this pitcher, my water tastes way better and therefore so does my tea.

This pitcher is the one kept at the studio because of the slender design. It gets a workout with a half a dozen tea and coffee drinking team members. After 6 most of vigorous daily use, being dropped more than once and two filter changes by gals who didn't bother with the directions, this has been one of our better break room purchases. It filters out the chlorine in the city water so we can enjoy strengthening cups of tea throughout the day.

I have used this for a few months now. And I just convinced my uncle to buy one as well. We do have a filter on our water however it does not filter out the hard water. This one really does!! I was skeptical but it did not disappoint! ! It really does remove the hard water. Since using it I have never once had to descale my electric kettle or my cats water bowl. My tea no longer has than film oil spill look on the top. I highly recommend this pitcher.

Perfect container to filter my water. Easy to use.

★★★★☆

This is fantastic for my ADHD self! I hate pulling lids off and putting them back on every time I want to fill a water pitcher. The ingenious top on this makes that completely unnecessary! I love that I just let the water fill the little door in the top and it flows right into the pitcher. Now I only remove the lid when it's time to wash the pitcher.
I didn't find the filtering process faster or better tasting than my brand from the big box store, but ease of filling makes this guy worth EVERY PENNY!!
Update- I got a new one because the old pitcher was beginning to look a little grody. I still love it!
Update on the update- the new one is starting to let the water run through too fast and it still has a little chlorine taste when it's finished. It's still better than tap water, but now I pretty much just use it for the dog's water bowl and I use bottled. Voss does the best job because it tastes like absolutely nothing. Makes for expensive tea, though.

★★★★★

Love it! It’s also great for making iced tea during the summer!

★★★★★

I like the idea of filtering my water since we have hard water, this pitcher is a good, comfortable to handle, size

★★★★★

Fastest water purifying pitcher I’ve ever used. Stopped the hard water damage to my electric kettle and made my beverages 10x better.

★★★★★

I’m so glad I got this. It’s much better than the Britta filter jugs I’ve used in the past.

★★★★★

Our tap water has a strange aftertaste and slight smell to it that is kind of off-putting, but this takes that away completely and I love it!

★★★★★

My goodness this is so much easier and so much faster than the PUR filter pitcher I ve been using for forever. This will sound trivial, but if you have a PUR or Brita pitcher, the water tanks can somehow leak the unfiltered water out the spout when pouring. Not on this one. The unfiltered water tank is totally inaccessible to the spout,, so no more leaching or bleed-by from the unfiltered water to your cup.

My only problem is the place where you add water to the pitcher. While I love not having to take the lid off to fill the pitcher, there is not enough counter-lever weight for the flap. Just a drop of water will make the lever open, and if you have curious cats, this is an accident waiting to happen. I fixed the problem by stuffing tinfoil into the counter-lever until there was enough weight to get the action I wanted. I put it under the spigot, turn the water on, and it works perfectly.

The GraviTEA water filter and container is perfect for those tea snobs like me. You will have the best filtered water for your tea and anything else. This product works very well, I bought some as gifts for friends.

The GraviTEA does a very good job for it s class of filtration devices. I ve owned Brita, and a few other brands of this type, and often found bits of charcoal floating in my water, or ran into soaking-issues, where the filter would not work and would have to be taken out, re-soaked and then re-inserted. Neither of these have yet to be an issue with the GraviTea.

The taste is miles above tap water, and it seems to help with reducing mineral load as well. I purchased a new stove-top kettle at the same time, and so far there has been no buildup, which usually occurs rather quickly.

While it can t compare to something like a reverse-osmosis filtration system, it s great for renters, or anyone that wants a more casual solution.

★★★★★

Amazing! I have a Zojirushi water boiler and very hard water. I'd have to clean it with citric acid at least once a month and it had a very thick buildup. The GraviTEA makes it virtually scale-free, and once I notice buildup again I know it's time to change the filter.

It drains fast and is immensely effective.

My only complaint is that it's so small. To fill my 5L Zojirushi I need several pitchers full, so it's a bit of a refilling the pitcher, let it drain, dump it into the Zojirushi, repeat process.

All that said, it blows my old Brita pitcher out of the water and is worth every single penny.

we use this every day for tea water and for drinking water

★★★★☆

I agree with another reviewer here that having a second filter to clean out first filter of hard ward tap water is worth it. Only down side with this product is make sure all the water has filtered through before pouring. Top lid can easily come off from force of unfiltered water when pouring.

★★☆☆☆

Totally would have given it 5 stars but there was a spore or algae that floated out of my last filter, although appatently that happens with filter jugs when they aren't refrigerated. While disgusted, I probably would have gotten a new one but the price jump is absurd.

★★★★★

I really like this water filter (especially the fact that the spout part is covered (unlike some other water filter pitchers). The lid was a smidge difficult to put back on but I got it eventually - not a huge problem at all. I like that the water is filtered pretty fast and that it's easy to clean.

★★★★★

Delicious filtered water. Really add goodness to any tea or coffee you enjoy!

★★☆☆☆

I really wish I d just gone to Walmart and bought a cheap Brita. This pitcher is unwieldy, and the water quality isn t any better than if I drunk it straight from my tap.

★★★★★

works great - tea comes out tasting great - even in an area where there is a lot of lime and calcium in the water

★★★★★

It works well, the lid is super difficult to get off but the water filter makes the water taste great. Better than bottled water!

★★★★★

I HAD A WATER FILTER PITCHER BUT I MOVED AND LOST IT. THIS ONE IS SMALLER,LIGHTER AND easy to use..also much cheaper than my old one. Not as good as my old one which also filtered fluoride. Still, this does the job for coffee makers as well as tea. Really nice and MUCH FASTER AND IS MUCH Easier TO USE. great design,

★★★★★

I instantly threw away my old Brita filter once I tasted this water. Plus, I read in another review that it doesn t leave deposits in your kettle. Well it s true. I washed my kettle real clean before the first use of this filter and it is still gorgeously clean. Good clean tasting water. Clean tasting tea. Everything is clean. I m so happy. Adagio please don t discontinue this product. You can make another style, but we need these filters in our lives.

★★★★★

Finally got around to using my new water purifier, and I am very pleased! While the tap water still tastes like tap water, it does have a better/smoother mouth feel. Came in handy when we had a power outage the other week.

★★★★☆

I like the pitcher. It’s just really hard to put the lid back on. But filtered water makes the best tea.

★★★★★

we love this pitcher for filtering our water at home and at camping

★★★★★

Call me impatient. I don’t like waiting for my water filter to drip through. This one is fast and the water tastes good.

★☆☆☆☆

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. One of the latches that secures the lid to the pitcher broke, which made it hard for me to pour water without making a mess. Adagio let me return that item, and they sent me a replacement. When I unpacked the replacement pitcher, the handle was already broken off. By the time I received the second pitcher, I'd had the replacement filters I'd ordered with the first pitcher for over 30 days. I didn't want to mess with a third pitcher, so, thankfully, Adagio let me return both the second pitcher and the replacement filters for a refund. The customer service was helpful. I just can't recommend such a fragile item.

★★★★★

Really works! I did a test between this and another well-known brand and this was the clear winner.

★★★★★

I happen to be in the time frame of not having the timing indicator on it because of backorder problems, but the purifier itself works fantastic. It is indeed faster than any other pitcher I've met. I refilled it three times in the time it would have taken my friend's Brita.

★★★★★

I am so happy for my purchase, Great quality. 100% recommended.

★★★★★

I haven't had to clean out my kettle in weeks. This prevents the limescale (very hard water where we live) from collecting in the kettle. Also, it helps the flavor of the tea.

★★★★★

This makes the best filtered water I’ve had. Even better that my filtered refrigerator water. I like that the filters last two months. Timer is OK. It sets for 30 days for some reason so I have to reset for the second 30 days. I find it easier to just set a reminder on my phone or iPad. When the battery dies, I probably won’t replace it. My first filter lasted three months before the flow slowed down. Water still tasted great.

This water filter works like a charm. Nothing beats fresh tea with clean, purified water. Easy to clean, and easy to refill.

★☆☆☆☆

There are two issues with this water filter pitcher. The first is that if you pour water from the pitcher before all of the water has filtered out of the top section the unfiltered water comes out the spout and also enters the bottom section of the pitcher where the filtered water is. The second issue is it is very hard to get the top of the pitcher to click into place when changing the filter.

★★★★☆

I sent this to my son to use as his tap water is foul tasting (to me). He states that he doesn't taste anything in the water when he uses this, so I think it's working well.

★★★★☆

My tap water is straight from a well. It isn't the refreshing spring water most think of when they hear 'well water' but when filtered, twice, it is so much better. This pitcher does the job, however the lid on the pour spout has no give in it. When pouring water, the white piece over the spout barely opens and as a result, water tends to go everywhere.
Dollar for dollar the GraviTEA is an excellent deal, especially when compared to several of the brand names out there, with this one exception.
