I love this! The perfect size for one person and it infuses beautifully. I was a loyal Inenuitea user until I found this. I like the glass because it gives a much better viewing of the tea color. Thus adding to the tea drinking experience. Get one now!

I had this mug for a few years but lost it. Ordered another the other day and still can't figure out what I ever did without it.

I use this set at the office and it's perfect for a quick cup of tea with easy clean-up.

Good mug. Leaning toward getting a wire infuser basket the next time I buy a mug though. The glass is pretty and I love that the handle doesn't get hot if you boil water in the microwave in it but the slots in the glass are prone to clogging especially with fine tea such as Rooibos.

It feels a little flimsy and I think it's too easy to scratch (on the bottom) but I'm hoping with good care it can become my favorite mug. The infuser is a little hard to clean because water drains right back out (no surprise there), but if you leave it in the mug and swirl water around in there, it gets the job done. The lid makes a good coaster for the infuser to rest on after steeping.

I am in love with this tool!!! The mug is amazing, although personally I wouldn't mind if it was bigger, and the infuser is awesome! It's super convenient for my everyday brewing or in the evening when I don't feel like making a whole pot of tea. Oh and the lid makes a perfect coaster for the filter when your done brewing. I highly recommend.

Works great. Not very thick glass or heavy, but seems to rugged enough. OK for the microwave for a quick reheat.

Used my cup/infuser today for the first time. I love this item. It's the perfect size for your desk at work. For someone, like myself, who also incorporates the visual sense into the enjoyment of tea, again, this is the perfect cup. I really enjoy watching the dancing of the leaves (without the difuser) as well as the lovely colors the teas make. Also perfect for tea bags. The glass is thin, bur for me that is not a deterrant from my love of this mechanism. Just be super carful with this and many, many cups of tea will be enjoyed from it.

An easy way to make a simple glass of tea. Even with being new to loose leaf teas, it was simple enough to figure out. As other reviews have noted, the glass is a bit thin, but nothing too extreme.

The glass is a bit thin, and although it has yet to show any wear I'm very wary of it breaking. The infuser is great in function, although hard to clean.

Overall, it is a great concept and works well, although higher quality materials would greatly benefit it.

I love this mug. The glass seems frail but, it is more durable than you would expect.

I like this product the tea particles do not get into the water. The other product I was using used to let the tea seap into the water and I would actually be drinking the tea particles! Great product!

THIS is the easiest way to prepare ADAGIO teas! I have purchased one for a gift too.

I bought one for my coworker for Christmas and received one as well. Such a great item, I highly recommend it. The small holes in the infuser make it easier to brew cups cleanly.

Beautiful, simple and elegant. The infuser is an excellent tool to brew tea and not have to use any plastic. The holes are wonderfully small and keep all the leaves and bits in the the infuser, right where they belong.

This glass is nice and light. I expected it to be stalky like a stein, but it's surprisingly thin. I don't own an infuser, so this was my solution to trying loose-leaf tea. It worked perfectly. The holes are small enough that no bits made it to my cup of tea.

We have three of these and they are much sturdier than they look. I've had to replace the lids on two of them but that was my fault because I droped them on a tile floor.

There were some things I liked about this, and some things I didn't. Overall, I wasn't that impressed.
Pros: It was nice to have the infuser, mug and cap all in one package. This was also much easier to keep clean, unlike the IngenuiTea, which stains easily.
Cons: The mug is flimsy, the infuser allowed the smaller tea leaves to get into your cup of tea so that the last mouthful is disgusting. There are no holes on the bottom of the infuser so that it doesn't drain very well. The mug also wasn't as big as I would have liked it. It was a small cup of tea in my opinion.

This is the only product from Adagio that I have not been completely satisfied with.

While I like the idea of making tea in a glass mug, this one is too fragile and broke in the dishwasher. Luckily the infuser fits in one of my ceramic mugs.

The glass is pretty thin, but the infuser works great and over all, I really like it.

This mug maintains its heat well,allowing one to enjoy a hot cup of tea for longer (as compared to a ceramic cup.

I also love watching my tea steep-excellent clarity!

I bought several more of these as Christmas gifts.

Made a great gift. Would love an unbreakable version in a non-BPA plastic. Also a travel mug version would rock, too.

The very small holes in the infuser are great because it keeps even roobios out of the mug. The glass is a bit thin but it is still a great mug/infuser

Being new to using loose tea, I have been looking for the easiest and best way to prepare it. Being glass and steeping in the mug itself, the tea stays very hot. It looks smaller then it's 14 oz, so needed to add 1 1/2 teaspoons of tea to get the flavor I like.

The glass mug does seem a little frail so I don't use it but the infuser is great for regular mugs.

This mug is good, the glass as others have said is a bit thin, but over all I have had great luck with it!

I got this to use in the office (I just can't use tea bags, even at work), and it works perfectly. I can get a cup and keep it relatively warm with the lid while I head from meeting to meeting. I get lots of compliments. The glass is a bit delicate, so you'll want to treat it gently.

Perfect single cup tool, glass top works as a lid for steeping, locking in the aroma and temperature.

Mug is a nice size and weight. I love the glass lid.

I love the mug, but I broke it the first day. I was very disappointed. They are kind of thin. This one was to take to work. Oh, well.

Great product, works great. Wish the glass and lid were made of thicker glass. High quality product, but feels like it could be fragile.

These are great. We have one for each of us in our family. The mesh is fine enought that minimal debris gets through. I avoid plastic, so I was happy to find this nice metal infuser.

love the glass, unlike many reviewer I don't think it's too thin. the only down side I see is metal filter gets really hot when steeping and it's hard to get a firm grasp to remove it, wish the part that rests on the glass was either thicker or lined with a rubber washer so as to be easier to remove. Other than that it makes a great cup of tea!

I use my cup every time I make tea! it's easy and i love the lid that comes with it. The glass is thin though so handle with care!

Love it! The infuser is so much more convenient than a tea ball, and easily portable for work/home use. I really like the clean look and feel, really shows off the beautiful color of the teas.

Works great, but I guess like all infusers, it's a bit of a pain to clean up.

I originally bought this for my boyfriend but when it came I had to keep it for myself. I use it everyday at work. It produces a perfect cup tea every time and is very easy to clean.

the glass feels too thin/cheap for the price paid - had some "mess" issues with trying to drain/empty the strainer when removing it - feels like a rushed product that could improve with some extra time/effort put in.

This is great for those who want the occaional cup of tea while busily working on other stuff at the same time.

The glass mug is an interesting experience, as I had hoped. Like others have said, infuser is sturdy and no-drip, but mug/lid seem almost too delicate for everyday use - but I’m giving it a try!

I like that the infuser is very large and give the tea a lot of space to unfold in and that the whole thing is dishwasher safe. I don't like that the lid shifts around a little bit. Also, it is awesome that after draining the infuser you can just put it in the lid and catch the few drips that come off it.

I enjoy using this at home and at work. Easy enough to clean, haven't had any major issues.

Glass mug feels a little too brittle. Could have been thicker. Works great but does get a little dust in the bottom.

Love it, but may need to be handled with care.

On another note, I had to deal with customer service recently and have to say, WOW, best customer service ever, 10 out of 10, couldn't have been more responsive or willing to correct the problem. Way above and beyond.

Love how much easier it is to add tea compared to the standard infuser spoon
