I love the ease of use, the clean lines of the mug, and the fact that the tempered glass and lid keep my tea warm. No more reheats for me! More time for curling up with that novel...

I really like this mug and infuser. The only problem is that the lid and the infuser are very hot and I needed a pot holder to take them off and out. Other then that it is perfect. The filter is made so that it cleans very thoroughly and easily and the leaves do not get into the cup. I will buy some of these for gifts, I am sure everyone will love them.

I was initially concerned when I purchased this glass mug that it would be too delicate, but so far, after 2 months of regular usage, it is still holding up well. I would definitely recommend this glass mug.

Love this set. Unfortunately I broke the lid, I wish we could buy separately so I could replace it.

I just received my first order from Adagio. I really like the way the infuser works. Not a drop spilled on my desk at work because the lid is also a coaster for the infuser. The tea is fantastic, but I wish the glass mug was a little thicker. I feel like I have to be really careful with it. We will see how long it lasts!!

The infuser does not have a handle like the infuser sold separately. What a mistake this purchase was. I bought two and should have bought none.

I love it! It's functional, beautiful and I love having a dedicated cup that's glass with a lid. So nice. Beautiful product.

This is the only thing I brew my loose leaf tea in anymore. Absolutely fantastic. The glass is nice and sturdy (yes, it's been knocked off my nightstand onto the floor), and the infuser is super easy to clean.

The infuser worked extremely well and the glass mug and lid are holding up great after two months of use. The mug is a bit thin and the rate of cooling that the tea goes through is perfect for how fast that I drink my cup. I tend to drink my tea on the faster side of things however. For a person who takes 45-60 minutes to drain a cup, they might want to consider a thicker walled mug.

The infuser works wonderfully with this mug, and is easy to use.

I love making and drinking tea in this little mug. You can see how dark you are making your tea. The mug is honestly big enough to make two cups at once, but it fills it literally to the brim. Sadly, my friend broke my lid (I mean, it's glass, you've got to be gentle), but I never had any problems from it.

Great mug, my only complaint is that the infuser doesn't have holes on the bottom, so you have to turn it sideways to completely drain.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend and she loves it. She was so excited when she opened it.

Love this! One of the first products I've owned for tea where the loose leaf doesn't escape into the water, which is a huge plus for me! And the fact that the tea has room to 'grow' makes for very flavorful tea. (I've used it for teabags as well.)

I love this mug! the handle is smaller than I was expecting, but it doesn't affect anything overall. the infuser looks like the mesh should be small enough for tea leaves not to slip through, but they still do every once in a while. Overall, I do recommend this mug.

This mug makes me so freaking happy. It's really nice to have a personal cup of tea without having to maybe waste any tea I don't feel like drinking. It's very lightweight, but also very sturdy. It holds up nicely against the heat of the tea. I haven't had any shattering problems whatsoever.

The glass mug and infuser is really delicate and feels a little flimsy. However it allows you to see your tea crystal clear which is part of enjoying tea in the first place. Also the infuser works pretty well I haven't had too many issues with leaves going through (occasionally with the finer teas - green rooibos and spearmint)

I love glass mugs and really like that the mug has a cover and that the infuser fits into the cover when it is done steeping. The handle does not get hot which is a bonus and although it it very thin it is actually very strong.
Only drawback is not knowing if it is microwave safe.
I don't want to chance it as I really do like the mug itself. But when my tea gets cold, I'd like to be able to reheat it.

Best way to make a single cup of tea. Nothing but win here. .)

Only purchased the infuser. Works well. Some rooibos will excape through the holes and line the bottom of the cup.

The perfect steeping basket! I have one at work and one at home. I even selfishly bought one for my mom so I can have good tea over her house as well.

I love this mug! At first I thought the holes were too big from first glance, but even the tiniest particles didn't get through. It's looks very cute and sleek. Even my husband likes it!

The filter fits other generic coffee cups so I can share with my friends using the same filter but different coffee cups. I see the problem with the solid bottom but I just lift the filter and tilt it a little sideways so that the liquid can drain into the cup. Also, washing it out is a little bit difficult due to the solid bottom and the little holes throwing the little leaves everywhere but out of the filter but I don't really mind. Lastly, the coffee cup does feel very lightweight almost like plastic but I don't see a problem with it until I bash it against something accidentally. All in all, I don't think it's a bad price for such a set.

This set is super convenient for when you only want to make a glass or two of tea--but the mug is super flimsy. So far, I'm pleased with it--but I worry about breaking the mug every time I pick it up!

I bought two of these and my boyfriend and I used porcelaine pens to draw on each others and create special keepsakes. It was a really fun activity and they look wonderful. The strainer works very well, though some fine teas may leak through. Otherwise, the cap doesn't seem to fit very securely but it works well enough. I love my mug!

This was Awesome ... Bought it as I was taking a Road trip and did not want to take my Tea Pot ... But I have to have my Tea on a Daily basis ... So when I saw this I decided it was Just right for me, it worked like a Charm for my Road trip ... I was able to enjoy my Tea every Day!!!

Love the wide infuser and strainer. Spacious for oolongs to breathe and properly unfurl yet fine enough to steep rooibos and mate without leaves leaking through.

This is fantastic. It is just the right size and the fact the infuser almost fills the cup means there is plenty of space for the leaves to bloom and small enough holes so there is less dreck in the bottom of the glass.. I just wish the walls were a little thicker so I didn't burn my hand on it.

The lid is a little fragile. A co-worker was looking at my tea shelf and knocked it off and it disintegrated. Luckily, Adagio sells replacement lids.

The infuser works great very few pieces of tea make it past the very fine mesh. The glass feels overly fragile to me I still use it but I'm always extra careful when I put it on my granite counter tops

I'm happy to say, this product works as advertised! I only started drinking tea after the introduction of the ingenuiTea which I picked up a few years ago. The ingenuiTea works well, but to be honest cleaning it is kind of a pain. Since I'm only brewing one cup(mug) at a time it was a little overkill.

I realized after only one brewing with this infuser that it was a better design for everyday use. Not only is it easier to clean, but the design overall looks nicer (more professional?) in the office.

Overall, the best way I've found to enjoy loose-leaf at work.

This infuser set is easy to use, easy to clean and very convenient. I just purchased a second set as a gift for my dad. The glass is a little thin...like the glass on a coffee-maker or science beeker (beaker??) which is ultimately a good thing as it can withstand heat really well.

I gave this as a gift, but from what I have heard, it arrived in great condition and was quite appreciated.

In total love with this mug. It brews a fine cup of tea, is easy to clean, and doesn't stain.

I was worried when I saw the mixed reviews but I am extremely satisfied.
UPDATE: After 6 months of using it I can say its amazing. I have dropped this thing from 4 feet and it still hasn't broken. It makes brewing a glass easy and quick.

This is just for the infuser, but it looks decent. It's what you'd expect from a tea strainer, stainless steel, no huge holes for things to leak through.

My mom said she liked it. It's great because you don't have to warm up a whole pot.

I really like this cup with the infuser, as with my previous ones, the leaves always got through and irritated my throat, not so with this one, only tea parts so small they can be called dust get through this. Pair that with the fact that I like the mug because it is a good size for one person and because I like to see the color of the tea, I have not regretted this purchase at all. Honestly, the only 'problem' may be how it can be very hot for the fingers to remove the infuser after steeping the tea, but I am not sure if it is from the heat of the infuser, or if it was the steam from the tea burning the fingers.

Perfect for a single person, and I really enjoy how the diffuser sits nicely in the lid, so it's great for home or the office just the same.
