Cup works perfectly and is just the right size. Be careful when putting it in the dishwasher, the little joke on the bottom collects water between the walls and I have to shake it out or it will drip.

Beautiful mug, and really cool that it includes a lid and strainer, but the mug itself chipped within two months of receiving it (even with careful handwashing).

Love the design, love the infuser basket. However, enjoying this mug made me wish there was a travel version with a snug lid and sippy hole.

I love this cup. I love that it keeps my tea nice and warm with the double-wall design. My only dislike is that the strainer's mesh is not fine enough to keep tea 'dust' from getting into my tea when steeping. Fortunately, the cup mouth is the right width for my Finum fine-mesh filter, and the pretty lid still fits on top while steeping.

My first one was broken on arrival, but Adagio mailed me a new one the next day. I really appreciate the friendly and prompt service!

The best tea container ever! Keeps cool on the outside, so you can hold it comfortably. Plus the included strainer is perfect!

Such a cute mug! I love this one so much and I was heartbroken when I broke the lid for it. (I just borrow my mom's now, don't tell her shhh). My only comment is I'd love it if they sold the parts for these mugs separately! I want to replace the broken lid and with things like ceramic they are going to be prone to breaking a little more. Otherwise? Perfection. Easy to use and clean, although the mesh in the strainer could stand to be a hair finer.

After using an awkward little tea infuser that resembles some sort of Nerf gun projectile for months, I decided to pull the trigger and order this infusing mug. Not only is it beautiful, but also functional.

The best part is now that the tea leaves aren't enclosed in that contraption, I was able to watch dried tea leaves expand into their full leaf form, which was a first for me.

Reasonable cost, functional, and cute--very pleased with this purchase!

This is the cutest little mug I had to order 2! With the infuser basket being big enough to hold various amounts of tea a the double wall insulation, it creates the perfect mug!

pretty, and a really nice cup, wish the basket balanced better on the lid but other than that a very nice cup, the heat doesn't balance evenly throughout height of cup, top (right where you sip from) is very very hot
UPDATE - the inside of the cup is separating from the outside of the cup. This didn't happen on my other cups, but this one doesn't age well (less than a month old).

The metal infuser gets very hot, but all in all this is a beautiful mug and will continue to use for many steepings!

Great design, and the insulation really works! Good quality for the price you pay, and it looks nice as well. A little tricky to clean the top rim (where the lid settles) due to the acute angle there.

Much more pretty in person!

This mug is beautiful and functional. The steeper has a very fine metal mesh, so even the finest ground teas won't leak through into your cup, but you get all of the flavour they have to offer. The double-walled design allows for you to hold it without burning your hands. I highly recommend it to anyone who drinks tea!

This such a beautiful cup. I've had it since last year plus and its still in very good condition, no stains of any kind. Love it!

I wish there was a 2 1/2 stars option. This is a beautiful cup. The tea stays warm for a long time. I am not a fan of this type of basket. The cup stained easily. The hole in the bottom will fill up with water if you don't make sure it doesn't submerge. Eventually this will make a nice pot for a succulent.

I absolutely love this cup! It keeps my tea warm for a long time. The strainer is great. And I love the petal theme. It’s perfect for the spring! Can’t wait to add more of these to my mug collection.

This was a great idea, but the double-wall part is too close to the lip of the mug, so sometimes it interferes with drinking. The capacity is smaller than it looks and it doesn't keep your hands as warm due to the double-wall, but i guess you have to decide what's more important--it does keep your drink warmer and still looks great

Great cup and great pattern. I ended up buying 3 as all my girls wanted one. They work great, look great, don't burn your hand when you have hot tea and easy to use. We all love them and plan on getting more for gifts. Great in a tea gift basket.

I had high expectations, but the reality exceeded them! With the beautiful and functional design, it will be hard to have my afternoon tea in any other mug from now on. The double walled design enables you to wrap your hands around it on a chilly day without it being too hot. I was wondering if I might find it a little small, but it's larger than I thought it would be -- just perfect! I love the way the lid sits flush, thanks to the small infuser cutout. The rounded bottom of the infuser makes it a lot easier to empty than some others I have. It's good to know from reading the reviews that there's a little hole in the bottom to allow for venting/condensation escape from between the walls, so now I know to be mindful of that when washing it out or setting it down. I just might end up with a bunch of these, and they will also make fabulous gift items.

It makes tea at work MUCH easier, and is so pretty to boot!

I love the cup design and the color. I have two small critiques. 1) the infuser isn't fine enough to catch leaves from a rooibos and some green. 2) because of the double wall design condensation builds up between the walls and comes out a small hole in the bottom which is fine until you put it down on something you don't want water on.

I love this mug! It keeps your tea hot for ages, and you can still pick it up without burning your hands. The infuser is super easy to clean. This is one of my favorite infuser cups ever!
