i have ordered two of these and neither one the lid will properly seat in the cup [without the infuser]. order a different design unless you dont want a cup with a lid. the double wall ceramic cup is nice but this design is flawed.
These double wall mugs are a nice size for an unhurried drink in the evening. They are pretty durable, but occasionally I will break and replace one.

I love these cups so much, it is so much easier to fix tea and the tea steeps better compared to using a tea ball or infuser. This design is so delicate and lovely that it adds to the enjoyment of drinking tea. Not to say I don't love my Skull design cup just as much, just has a different mood to it lol.

These double-walled cups are wonderful! They hold a little less than you'd think--the outer wall plays tricks on you-- but they still hold a good amount, 12oz is enough to enjoy without having to constantly make tea. The petals design is my favorite; I bought it for a friend but I'm tempted to get one for myself.
Having accidentally smashed my mug cover on our marble kitchen floor, I am so delighted to have a replacement at Adagio. I was afraid I was going to have to give up or to steel a cover from another mug. Thanks, Adagio, for making it so easy to get a mug cover that works with my mug. @adagioteas
I love this cup but I am disappointed that the strainer handle broke off. It is an easy fix but it was still disappointing.

This is a beautiful cup and perfect for drinking. It keeps your drinks at the perfect temp. Not so hot you can't drink it for a long time. And it is the perfect size of liquid so you can enjoy your tea without feeling like it is gone so fast.
This was for my spouse who was so happy to receive it. They have one already, but wanted to have more for the collection. Keeps our teas warmer longer and is pretty to look at.
I love the beautiful, simple, floral artwork on this mug. It holds a smaller amount than my daytime teacups and mugs, which makes it perfect for my early evening green or nighttime sleepy teas; I don't need room to add sweetener or dairy in the evening. It has a decent weight to it (cup only without the infuser or lid was 15.5 oz on my kitchen scale). I use a teapot for steeping, so I can't speak to the included infuser, but it looks like it would hold a perfect amount of tea. I always only hand wash this and have never placed it in the microwave.

nice cup, i love it, its pretty, has a good diffuser, some people complained about a hole in the bottom that lets water in? it came plugged up for me. though i always hand wash it i dont put it in the dish washer.
Bought this as a holiday gift for a coworker. It's beautiful! I love these double-wall cups. I have one at work, and a couple at home. So easy to brew a cup of tea...and the double wall keeps the cup from getting too hot, even straight from the microwave at work!
It's just what I was looking for. I do wish they made a version with a handle but all in all it's a great infuser mug.

It's a really pretty mug and the fact that it comes with a strainer is nice but if you're brewing hot tea it sometimes gets too hot to pick up since there's no handle. I'm also not a huge fan of the fact that the strainer doesn't sit up on the lid but that's not a huge issue. Overall I like this mug and it's the second one I've gotten so far

Beautifuf in person. Keeps tea smoking hot! I like the lid to hold my tea for the next cuppa. A fine mesh for tea leaves.
Beautiful looking and the stepper is nice quality but there is a small hole at the bottom from how it is made which water gets in when you wash it and then the next time you use it, water drains out and leaves a ring wherever you set the cup.
I'm loving this cup and have recommended it to my friends. Everyone should enjoy a great cup of tea in a pretty cup! - Quick Update: although this is a gorgeous cup, it does get quite hot to the touch. I prefer the Porcelain Cup and Diffuser.

Love this mug for the size. But the basket needs to be the fine mesh like the folding infuser so the smaller pieces don’t fall out into the tea.love it. Love this so much.
This is a beautiful cup. However, it leaks. Adagio did offer a solution that seems easy enough but I feel like that should have been provided initially. Apparently it is from water getting between the two insulated wall when the cup is washed and it slowly leaks out. The fix is to seal with some kind of glue which should be easy enough. Other then that, it is beautiful and I use it daily.

Absolutely LOVE this mug. Love the aesthetic and the design. I keep the lid on when I'm not drinking cause it keeps the tea warm and, since I have dogs, keeps from dog hair and other things from falling in

When it first arrived, the lid didn't fit on the top no matter which way I turned it but customer service was wonderful and was able to send me a replacement lid. The replacement lid fit perfectly and once I was able to use the infuser correctly I absolutely love it! I even bought a second one so that I could have one at work and at home. It's my new favorite mug and the design is even prettier in person.
This mug is beautiful and it's so gorgeous!! The lid helps keep the tea nice and warm while steeping, and the steeper itself is so easy to clean.

This is a very pretty cup and feels sturdy. I took a star off because the basket doesn't filter well and the hole on the bottom gets water in it. The hole should be plugged with a bit of rubber.
