I love it! Even though it's small, it's the right size to keep the tea from getting watered down. So far I've been letting the tea seep in the glass instead of the filter. Which works (plus its cool to see the tea floating around) but the down side is you have no control how strong the tea will turn out as you're traveling.
I love this glass. Only thing is with finer teas some of the leaves seep through
When making hot tea the glass is to hot to hold on to it.
It keeps my tea warm. I love watching as the water slowly turns to the beautiful amber color of tea.

Well made. The steeper on mine has accommodated for teas with smaller bits, such as rooibos. I will absolutely keep using this throughout the year. Wish it were a little bigger though.
Love this ActiviTEA thermos. Super easy to use, lightweight, keeps drinks cold or hot for quite a while and it is easy to clean. Overall, it is the perfect thermos.
Perfect for taking tea to work with me and keeping it cold. The only thing I would change is the volume of tea it holds, as it is a little small for the amount of tea I drink.
The only thing I didn't like about this was that when I use tea blends with small things in them they'd filter through the infuser and get into the tea. Other than that it gets the job done.
I love this thermos. It keeps my tea warm for ages, has a handy strap, and is easy to clean. I also like it for blooming teas, because you can watch the bloom unfurl as it steeps.
This has been super helpful during midterm season when I don t have time in the morning to sit down and chug tea but definitely need the caffeine for 8 am lectures. I think Adagio did change the filters to be more fine? I only recently bought this, and it brews my mates just fine. All in all, super convenient and super cute to carry around!

I love my ActiviTEA. It keeps my tea warm for about an hour. I am having the same problem as everyone else that small pieces of tea leaves do come out and float to the bottom. Honestly it does not bother me, if you can drink tea from the leaves I m sure you can swallow the leaves and not have any issues. The strap stays wet after washing for a little while and that feels weird on my hand. Other then that, I love this product, and would recommend it. I am finally able to bring my tea to work with me!

Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed in this as I had high hopes after having a similar bottle from another tea company years ago that held up great. This one however, imploded my second time using it. I even warmed the glass up with warm water before adding my not even boiling water for tea- before I could fully screw the lid on (as directions instruct) the inner chamber shattered.

I love this!! I don't understand why people are complaining about the design because that's what I love about it. The only thing I would change is the size. I wish it held more than 10 oz. of tea.
Back to the design...you put the tea in the infuser, you put screw the lid on tightly, then you flip it for 3-5 mins depending on what type of leaves you're using. Give it a quick shake, then you have yourself a perfectly steeped tea. I re-use the same tea leaves about 3 times. I just repeat the same process I described, so I actually get 30 oz of tea without changing my the leaves.
Since the leaves don't touch the tea once you flip it, you don't have to worry about bitter tea from over steeping. Also, yes, small amount of tea leaves do get through sometimes but I don't mind it. They're small enough to drink. Not big chunks that feel gross in your mouth.
Filter does not hold enough tea. Strap is not removable - makes cleaning a pain.
Definitely my number one used purchased! I use this every single day at work and on weekends while I'm adventuring and camping! This makes drinking all of my favorite teas super simple and easy to clean up!
I found this really cute and I was happy that I can step tea on the go little bit faster and not have to worry about the led. I really love it!
A minute or so into steeping, it'll leak badly on the first flip, no matter how tight I screw the lid on. I have to flip it upright, unscrew the lid, rescrew it and try again. Usually on the second try, it stops leaking. And some leaves always manage to get past the strainer.
I bought this as a way to take tea to work and you have to be very careful not to overfill it. Tea leaves get through the holes on the SIDE of the infuser but that doesn't bother me as much in the least. Only one floater in the first cup I made and leaves on the bottom of the tumbler don't bother me at all which is surprising as I am very sensitive to textures. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase!
I bought this for my cousin for Christmas and she said it is really good.
Great idea but several cons:
1. Very small - only 1 cup
2. Messy cleanup
3. Occasionally leaks if not overly careful screwing lid on
I expected more from this little device. First of all, it's relatively small for someone who wants to sip tea for a lengthy period of time. Secondly, despite the double glass casing, it doesn't hold the heat as long as I like. If you want a quick cup of tea on the run it's an okay choice. The infuser works pretty well so the flavor of the tea is pretty good.
Had an issue of not getting the lid on tight enough, so there was a small leak at first. After I fixed that problem, this works great for brewing tea! They fixed the strainer to fit any size loose leaf tea!
Well I would have given it excellent but now the inner glass liner is leaking and the tea is staying in the bottom of the glass container. It will not come out somehow it got in the inner lining. I guess I'm going to have to throw it away and I've only had it less than a month. Would you send me a replacement please? Thank you

I really like this portable tea infuser. I don't have any issues with the tea infuser and leaves getting though. The holes are so tiny that an insignificant amount gets through. I do find that I make the biggest mess when I am trying to get the tea leaves out when I am on the go. My biggest complaint is when I tried to remove the tea leaves on the go(in the car), I can't just pop out the metal infuser, I have to remove the entire black plastic thing that holds the metal infuser. That leads to really warm/borderline hot glass on my lips when i drink it. Secondly, because you flip this upside down to infuse, tea leaves get stuck to the lid which can cause the leaves to get into your tea. BUT I really love this infuser. I love the look of the glass and the size. I can work with the issues, I'll just have to brew the tea at home in this infuser so I have access to sink to remove the infuser and clean the lid.
I've used this everyday for months now, you really have to make sure that there's nothing on the O-rings before you close the lid or else it will definitely leak. Also try not to lay it down, it's a bit fickle sometimes but I still can't find anything else that works as well.
EDIT: After 10 months of constant daily use, it finally broke. DO NOT PUT CARBONATED beverages in it. It shattered the inner glass tube.
Definitely a nice double wall glass vessel. The steeping process on dry leaves does seem a bit slow though. I think it may be better to run hot water through the leave to get them to plump up before the first steep. Overall though it's not a bad travel glass.
I bought this to use at work, and it works perfectly. I haven't had it leak once.
I would love to actually be able to review my ActiviTEA however since it was originally supposed to be delivered yesterday, then delayed to today and now is pending until God knows when even though it is here in my city I do NOT THINK I WILL EVER SEE IT, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT HAS BEEN ALL OVER THIS GREAT STATE OF TEXAS OF WHICH I AM IN THE CENTER! It spent two days in Dallas and then went to Houston! Why makes NO sense to me, but it can't be delivered to me! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Makes me wonder if my auto delivery that is scheduled for delivery tomorrow will be delivered either?????!!!
I finally got my ActiviTEA, it was definitely disappointing especially after the long wait to get it delivered, then the morning it was finally delivered, I was admitted to the hospital, so I have had to wait even longer to open it up, finally I opened it up today and it was broken! I guess I was doomed to just not have this period, especially since I cut my hand on it when I was pulling it out, the break was on the bottom, go figure!teach me to buy anything made of glass!! Camp send back as it has blood on quite a bit of it. :-(

I love my Activitea! Very easy to take to work and I know the seal is strong enough as to not leak on my way to work. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs their loose leaf tea when traveling.

LOVE this tea glass. It makes it easy to brew a delicious cup of loose leaf tea. The strap is strong and comfortable to hold on to. I've used other brands of tea glasses that leaked when I tried to flip it over to steep. This hasn't yet and I've used it several times already. Good construction and a nice looking glass

To be honest I had no idea what I was going to do with this when I bought it, I just thought it looked neat. But I really like being able to make myself some tea at home in the morning to bring to work. I used to wait until I was at work to start making it, but then you get distracted and blah blah. It does get hot to the touch, so it can be difficult to open up and get the leaves out if you don't time it right.
10oz is not nearly enough... But then again, I ended up buying a one-gallon container for my on-the-go needs, so this issue may not apply to normal people. Other than that, the glass construct is pretty neat and the filter works best for non-fine-grained teas.
Great product. Works perfectly. I use it literally every day. My only wish is that it had a neoprene sleeve so that it's easier to carry it when it's hot.
Its Really very small, much smaller than expected, and it doesn't hold much. It does cause some leaves to leak through into the tea, and can be a pain to open the lid to remove tea leaves. The glass canister is really hot to the touch and while it has the strap, i'm not so sure it is that sturdy. I wasn't thrilled with it, but it does come in handy if you are in a hurry or if you just want to have something at the office or whatever.
This is okay to have if you want to go the cheap way around. Be very gentle and make sure you have the lid on correctly, otherwise it will leak everywhere, the tea leaves in your water, and honestly, be VERY gentle when washing. I had to return after the third use because it broke, separating the two chambers.
I gave this as a git to my grandma who drinks tea all day, every day and she has loved it. It keeps it warm without burning her and keeps it cold if she wants it that way too. It is sealed properly and doesn't leak.
This is a pretty good tumbler but has some drawbacks. First, the strap can be annoying if you don't really need it. I haven't really found a great use for it and can't remove it. Second, it's made of glass so it's fragile. Third, it's a bit on the small side but sometimes I prefer that. Other times it's not big enough so just depends on your needs.
