I recently saw a 'campfire s'mores tea latte' advertised in a cafe, apparently consisting of steamed milk, lapsang souchong, and hazelnut syrup. I'm not a fan of hazelnut, and I wanted to encapsulate the whole s'mores experience: wood smoke, caramelized marshmallows, brown sugar notes in the graham crackers, and sweet milk chocolate.
