This is the blend I make at home, I'm making a blend for ease of purchasing without having to mix myself. Making it public because, why not! It's Lemongrass, Spearmint and Chamomile. I loved iced tea and don't always like drinking the standby black tea. This is someone I mixed up the first time with my little sample tins and fell in love! I make it two quarts at a time. Bring 3 cups of water to 180 degrees. Dump in 1/4 cup or more to taste of the tea. Let steep for as long as you like, even up to overnight. I typically go for at least 40 minutes. Strain, don't squeeze leaves. Add enough water to get to 2 quarts and add sugar to taste if you like. I am a sugar hound, so I use 1/2 cup for 2 quarts.
