This tea was inspired by a historic home built in 1912 in Greenville, Ky. by 'coal baron' William Graham Duncan, who nicknamed the house 'Thistle Cottage' in deference to his Scottish heritage. The home is now owned by Muhlenberg County Public Libraries. Thistle Cottage hosts a Victorian tea every spring, and this tea was created as a special surprise for guests one year.
