This Irish Breakfast of Ceylon and Assam blend provides the black tea tannins Kombucha loves when making Kombucha tea at home. Snowbud White and Gunpowder Green tea create a smooth and complex flavor profile blended especially for a unique Kombucha tea blend. You won't find this one-of-a-king signature tea blend anywhere else but here.

I made this blend to use when making Kombucha tea at home. Kombucha pro's claim that the Kombucha SCOBY flourishes best when given the high tannins of black tea. Half of this blend contains dark and rich Ceylon and Assam black tea. I've added Snowbud White for high antioxidants and Gunpowder Green for a balanced and specialized tea blended for your booch.
