I was concocting blends in my kitchen a few days ago and decided to play with white and herbal teas. I was thoroughly delighted with this blend and wound up making two pots of it. My boyfriend also quite enjoyed it. I drank it hot and he poured his over ice. I sweetened it with amber sugar crystals.
