Named after the character of Elphaba- the Wicked Witch of the West in the book/musical 'Wicked'- my cat is a ball of energy and bravado. I stuck with green tea as a tip of the hat to her namesake's origins. From there I chose energetic and earthy flavors and aromas that fit Elphie's personality.
