I got tired of seeing Regina-based blends with sour apple as the main ingredient. I get the joke, but a woman who grows 'Honeycrisp' (Red Delicious) apples in her backyard wouldn't use them in her tea. I left it in, but it's only 20% of the blend, just enough to counterbalance some of the sweetness.
