Tom Cleary is tough as a horse, running enterprising schemes with anyone he can. His tea blend is equally bold with the bacon-cigar flavors of lapsang souchong. The body of the tea is buttery chestnut black, starchy and full like a stein of beer. A dash of blackberry tea adds some dark berry tartness and depth of character to this brash blend.
