I wanted to share my tea for night time. It's similar to foxtrot just a bit different. I found the taste of honeybush vanilla instead of plain rooibos is much nicer for this blend. Personally I find peppermint tea to be too strong so I love using, and drinking, spearmint. Add in calming chamomile and now you've got my twist on foxtrot. Enjoy
