In the summer of 2013, I was given a recipe for a cookie from the 1870's. These cookies have since become famous in the Steampunk community, popular at Old Cowtown Museum, and a favorite of everyone who tries them. To honor this famous cookie, I have created a blend of Almond, Almond Oolong, and Vanilla Oolong teas to try to create the yummy and delicate flavor of an amazing cookie. Enjoy!
