Balance is the key to a happy life. The Buddhist yin and yang philosophy encompasses this knowledge. In this tea, the yin (the softer side) is the honeybush and the yang (the firmer side) is the puerh. A little lemon verbena is used to awaken the senses. Combined this blend is an ayurvedic dream for balancing the subtle body.
