To capture the essence of that wonderful little cookie, I have combined vanilla oolong, candy apple, and raspberry teas with inclusions of apple pieces, raspberry pieces, and raspberry leaves. A great treat on its own or a good pairing to a few crunchy jammie dodgers biscuits as well.
