I LOVE Jim Moriarty on Sherlock. I even call him my darling psychopath. So, to capture his essence, I have blended Irish Breakfast, Spiced Apple Chai and Rooibos Almond teas with inclusions of cardamom, apple pieces and ginger. Sweet, spicy and oh so Irish. Complex flavors for a complex man.
