This is a great bedtime tea and one of my favorites. It's blended with care to sooth and calm after that long day. It's caffeine free too. Blended with camomile, lemon grass and just a touch of spearmint and a splash of rose hips for aroma. This tea is sure to send you off to the land of sweet dreams! So relax, have a cup and Zzzzz... Enjoy! Two heaping teaspoons for one cup (8oz.)
