The aniseed balances these two large flavors perfectly, adding a little bit of North's spice to his spirit. It finishes with just enough sweet peppermint to leave you feeling like you just took a big breath of cold, fresh air. Perfect for an after-dinner tea, or anytime you need a big, loving hug from a big, loving Cossack!

I suggest adding milk or, if you want to be as indulgent as North, full cream! Then add sweetener to taste. I don't recommend honey, as you would lose some of the teas subtleties. (Sidenote: this is my absolute FAVORITE tea! Ever!)
