I wanted to make a Foxtrot variant sans the chamomile, basically, and then it took on a life of its own. Someone mentioned that it tasted a little like Andes Mints and I got hints of that, but I wanted more!
This is meant as a good bedtime tea - the only black tea in it is decaffeinated (I know, but I wanted the depth.) Minty but with plenty of warmth and richness, this is a great evening soother.
